I love it! Right put of the box i was happy because of how easy it was to assemble, literally just have to unscrew and then place it on the base and screw it back up and you are done. I love the sleek modern look as well i didnt think i would like white but i love the color on this fan! The remote is a great addition and the little holder for it on the back of the fan is even better!! I also thought it would be too short but to my surprise it was the perfect height and taller than i anticipated.I am a naturally a hot person and i HATE THE HEAT or being even the slightest too warm. i was recently diagnosed with ms and that only adds to my problem. I was nervous this wouldn't cool my room at night but the cold air it blows is AMAZING, i love the 5 speeds and how you can turn the fan volume down lol. The base is a little wobbly so i took one star off for that, maybe its just mine but my floors are wood so it isn't too much of a problem yet. Overall i this is a great purchase for the price! It cooled down my room in a matter of minutes!

It is not quite as powerful as my Vornado OZI42DC, but this Levoit far exceeds the needs of my living room and it is quieter than the Vornado.Features:Energy efficient is a plus. It also includes a full featured remote control, but I was very pleased that included WIFI and VeSync smart phone app integration. Easy, one app control for my Levoit fan and Levoit air purifier. This fan has 12 speeds and 4 modes of operation providing considerable flexibility. I really like the Auto mode speed option that utilizes room temperature (built in thermostat) to determine variable air flow. In addition this fan has an easily removable back plate for cleaning the unit to ensure long term optimal performance.Design:This fan is a permanent fixture in my living room so appearance is an important aspect to me. The Levoit is visually elegant in comparison to similarly priced offerings. It looks like a high quality fixture in the room. Nothing cheap or industrial looking here. I also appreciate that I can turn on or off the visual display on the front of the unit.Overall:I am extremely happy with this purchase. It checks all the boxes I desired in a high quality oscillating floor fan. Levoit will be my go to brand for any future purchases.

Got the 36-in tower fan in white. Looks a lot bigger, five different fan speeds, oscillating, extremely quiet and powerful. I can feel it all the way across my kitchen a good 25 ft away from it. And it has a remote control which makes it even greater. It's very nice looking and it's built pretty solid, the last tower fan that I had sounded like cheap crackling plastic every time you moved it. For the price, you can't go wrong. Update, I've only had the fan a few days and now is making a very loud rattling/vibration sound and it keeps on speeding up and slowing down automatically by itself. Super bummed, however Amazon has agreed to send me a brand new one ASAP and UPS will pick up the defective one the following day. I'm hoping that the new one works properly. I may have just gotten a lemon.

Absolutely the best purchase!! Arrived very quickly and as projected. Very easy to assemble! On this 90 degree day I got chilled sitting in front of it! The self adjustments are amazing! On the lowest setting it is whisper quiet. It oscillates from side to side very quickly and smoothly. The different function mode settings are unbelievable! Love that the remote control even turns the display off for night use, and has a storage slot on the back! This is so very worth the cost!!! I am an extremely satisfied customer! Thinking about purchasing an additional one!

I bought the updated version but not the smart version. At the time the updated version used was the same price as the original. I went for it. I don't regret buying it by any means, however, there are certain aspects on this fan that drive me batty. I have noticed in my roommates room where he bought the original new my issues don't seem to exist so perhaps it's my refurbished/used model that's the issue.Pros: Cools the room fantastically. Strong wind, almost dead silent unless on full blast and overall a great buy. It's super sturdy and SEEMS easy to use.Cons: functionality is an issue. The remote to control the fan only works when the face of the fan is pointed directly at you. When it turns away even a bit the remote is useless. The buttons on top of the fan are incredibly sensitive and get accidentally touched all the time. In fact my boyfriend got snappy with our son when he touched the button and turned it on causing it to turn unexpectedly. I then told him actually it's really really easy to accidentally do that. Less than a few minutes later he accidentally did it himself and just temporarily relocated the fan for simplicity.My biggest qualm with the fan is the dang settings. There is a high functioning super cool mode but that mode makes the LEDs stay on. You must press night mode to turn them off. However. Night mode is the most infuriating thing. It automatically turns down the speed AND auto turns on oscillate when your freaking trying to sleep. So I have to wake up about 3 times a night to find the remote wait for the fan to face me again. Turn off oscillate. Then turn up the speed again over and over. I've tried stopping it by pressing the timer button and turning off the timer. That doesn't fix it.I'm still trying to remedy this issue. However I am struggling because it doesn't do it or I don't hold still long enough to catch it happening in the daytime. I came close once but ran to the store and when I came back it had done it in that time. It's really random and very well might be a device issue and the reason this fan was returned.It's not really made me want to return it. That's a lot of trouble. But the thought has crossed my mind. I wish I had just bought it new for 30$ more. It would have been worth it if this oscillator issue wasn't occurring.It really is maddening.
