fantastic product
tasty is not great but it gives you good energy for gym using the focus makes you feel energised gives you enough energy to push in the gym and Boxing I use it for Boxing and I don’t find any sluggishness

It is NOT toxic.
I've used this for quite a while and it always gives me just the right amount of buzz without a crash post workout. Ok, the taste is not the best, but most pre workouts taste pretty awful. One 1 star reviewer has raised the alarm over the inclusion of cyanobalamin. This reviewer clearly has done no research and just jumped to conclusions. Cyanobalamin is used to treat vitamin b deficiency (characterised by extreme fatigue). It is NOT harmful. Here is a relevant quote: Is It Safe?Yes. The amount of cyanide released from standard cyanocobalamin supplements (typically 1 to 1000 micrograms) is negligible. It is well below the threshold of toxicity and is completely safe for the vast majority of people.To put the levels into perspective, you are exposed to similar, naturally occurring trace amounts of cyanide when eating everyday foods like almonds, lima beans, and spinach. People really should do some proper research before they make unfounded claims.

The best pre work 🙏
I’ve tried many (in fact loads) of pre workout and this is by far the best!!! I was recommended to ABE and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been able to push myself, increasing weights and able to work out for longer / more focused. No jitters, no itching, no come down. One scoop is all you need 😊 definitely will buy again. I’ve only tried love hearts and strawberry mojito but both are amazing flavours, mixing well and easy to drink.

Not for ADHD-ers!
It gets 3 stars for being the only pre-workout I have tried that doesn't taste absolutely revolting, however if (like me) you have ADHD, then this is nowhere near strong enough for you! I even took a scoop and a half to try and get it to work, but I got no reaction. No boost, not a tingle to be felt. In fact, it actually made me feel sleepier than usual. Just a warning for anyone with a brain like mine!
