I usually shake prime whey with milk, which with a little shaking produces a relatively smooth and palatable drink without lumps and, importantly, is not gritty. It is almost an in between of a protein shake and a milkshake.I’m less of a fan with water, but for me that holds true whatever protein powder I am using. It’s more thin and I prefer the thicker and creamier texture of when it is mixed

I use it as a meal replacement and I like the fact that it is quite low on carbs without sacrificing the smoothness and thickness of the shake. I ordered the Irish chocolate flavour and I find it quite good. I also find that it tastes particularly good if you use chilled water (which is what they recommend anyway).
