I ordered 2 nos of this item and both were defectiveThe pods do not charge as soon I put it in the case, I have to press and hold the pods for it to start charging

I have used many earbuds but thesr earbuds are just love for me. The design and the sound quality is perfect as compared to other brands at this price. Dont think just buy them.

Quality, value for money

It worked well for a month. But now the left side eat plug doesn't charge and is dead. Only right side is working. So it's not a reliable product. Trying an exchange as it's in warranty. Customer care response is excellent and promptly replaced with new set of earphones. But now again same issue in some days. So not a reliable product.

The media could not be loaded.  Comfortable for ear no pain.Best sound experience with gaming no latency. Need more battery backup but at this price point it is awesome.

Firstly I received a damaged product.The buds itself are useless only one them connects at a time.The buds donot fit snug and don't charge.Overall buy anything else like ptron or something but don't waste ur money on this.

Wings this TWS quality is good but sound quality I don't like it and feels like uncomfortable 😣
