Nice mattress protector. It is quality and very toxic safe. When I received it there was no odor to the mattress protector at all. That is not very common. I have received any items that have a very bad odor when I get them.

This is really soft, great quality. It has deep stretchy pockets to easily wrap around the mattress. Putting a layer of cotton on both sides of the waterproof material is genius - it keeps the protector a lot quieter than ones that only have cotton on top. There is barely any smell coming out of the package; I had to bury my nose in the material to smell anything. We are moving our child from his toddler bed to a big bed, and this organic mattress protector, along with organic bedding, gives me some comfort in having him sleep on an older mattress that we already had rather than splurging for a new organic mattress. Naturepedic's customer support really impressed me. The day my mattress protector arrived I got a promotional email from the company that everything on their website was 15% off. I sent them a message to ask if I could get 15% refunded and they replied and applied the refund within hours. That's above and beyond customer service!

I compared mattress covers for about a week online and though this wasn't the cheapest option, I could tell by the reviews online and from peers that it was the highest quality available. Also, Naturepedic has excellent customer service and I knew we'd be 'extra' protected if need be. The cover fits perfectly on our full size Naturepedic latex mattress (which needs to be protected!). It was easy to put on and has been easy to take off the few times it's gotten dirty. We use it for our newly potty trained toddler's bed and have had quite a few accidents on it so far. The ease of throwing it in the laundry machine and having it clean an hour later couldn't be better. Also, it doesn't crinkle like most covers. The only thing I would change is that it would fully wrap around the bed (underneath) but it's definitely easier to use and looks nicer with it only covering the top and sides. Luckily, the waterproof top extends many inches over the actual top of the mattress so that it FULLY covers the entire sleep surface. I can't imagine we will ever damage our mattress with this!

This is in no way waterproof. What a waste of money, not to mention the $800 mattress that is now wrecked.

This was a very thick cover, but overall it was not for me. It was a bit crinkly, so I returned it. If this wouldn’t bother you, it could be for you! I went with another organic brand that was 1/3 of the price of this brand.

After countless hours of research we went all in for my daughter's "big girl" bed. We determined it was one of the most important investments in our home. We purchased a Naturepedic mattress and naturally decided to pair that with a Naturepedic waterproof mattress cover. It is great quality, is soft and does not create any extra noise, and provides good absorbency. We; however, have only had experiences with diaper leaks as of this point, as we have not had any diaper-free nights, so I can not attest to the absorbency for full-on accidents. Overall, I al so pleased with this purchase and would absolutely recommend the investment.

nice soft thick cotton material. I love that it is not waterproof on the sides (i feel like things can breath). thick canvas like cotton on the top, and stretchy jersey cotton on the sides. i had the crib protector and liked it. unfortunately, the product is a lot more orange, which showed through my white sheets (and other colour sheets) so i returned it.
