## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it really soft? Will it hurt the lining of my bag?**
A: Yes, this soft felt has 30% more wool than regular felt, so it is softer than other felt bags on the market and will never wear your bag lining.

**Q: How do I choose the right size for my bag? I can't find it in the description.**
A: You can measure the size of your bag first and then compare the size of our bag organizer to make sure that the length and width ratio are 1-2 inches larger than our bag organizer size.

**Q: Does the purse organizer look like the picture?**
A: As our purse organize is made of soft material and shipped in compressed packaging, there may be some creases when you receive it, but it will only take a while to return to normal.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super useful, pills like crazy
*by H***A on July 14, 2026*

I've had this organizer for a year now, and it's great. The zipper isn't the best quality, but it still works and hasn't given me too much trouble. I bought it in a lighter color with plans to dye it, but it does not hold dye. So if you're planning on dyeing it, it won't hold any color. The Velcro is still holding up as well. The two issues I'm having are pilling. It's pilling like crazy. When it came, it was already pilling a little bit. I cleaned it up, and now, a year later, it's awful. It's inside a purse, so I'm the only person who sees it, but you will definitely have to run one of those fabric shavers over it every 6-8 months. The other issue is the key holder. I bought this because I wanted something to attach my keys to. It opens with a latch to attach your keys to it, but it is so strong that you can't open it easily. I would always clip my keys to the latch instead, just to avoid opening the one it came with. Not a deal breaker, but so annoying that it never loosened up. Overall, a lot of pockets, and it's very useful. For reference, I bought the beige in standard large, and it fits my Coach Legacy tote with a little space to spare on the sides, which, for me, was perfect for my (very thin) pencil case. Overall, it's nice and super useful, and I'm really grateful I bought it; it just needs a little maintenance to stay looking good.
