We are happy with this product. Works very well with timer ON. Looking ahead for Qubo coming out with LED tubelight baton with same features

Bad customer service and warranty process
The bulb started having connection issue, it wouldn't pair with the app "Gateway not found" message when connecting. I followed all instructions they said and it didn't resolve the issue. They msiled me saying they would get back to me in 48hrs. Every 2 days they send the same mail, no one replies to your messages. These mailscame for a month and they closed the ticket with no resolution. This hassle isn't worth it to claim warranty. Be wary that if it stops working it's done. There are no service centers or anything listed even.

Useful item for frequent travellers
I usually stay outside of my town and in that case I operate this from there which do not allow anyone to know whether I am here or not. Installation is very easy and operation is very convenient. Moreover sale after service is very wonderful of QUBO.

Value for Money, Automation at a decent price.
This is a great bulb considering the price range. no one else is giving so many features at such a low price. I bought one to test out & today purchased two more. I would strongly recommend this one. If you have a huge room consider buying more than one. My only issue is it doesn't go Dim enough, Brightness I found it to be satisfactory for my room size. Some colours don't feel strong enough but considering the price I don't think it's that big an issue. Works great with Google Assistant & Google Home app along with the Qubo app. The Qubo App is also good enough. Although the app doesn't open without the internet that's why I would recommend keeping the DND mode off in the app.
