Good and functioning product. The stem is a little too short for my comfort however.
Not sure what the other reviewer did to make it so hard to release/lock. It was simple enough for me to do--just like how all ball-bearing quick-release system should work. Dimensions are decent, although a bit too thick for my liking. My slight concern is the short stem. If you pull the two ends apart while holding on the slider, it doesn't take too much force before it releases itself given how short the stem is. Otherwise it felt very secure. The key-ring hole is smaller than I thought so might be limiting for some larger key-rings.

Doesn’t Open or Lock Easily
Too hard to open and way to hard to lock. Takes a lot of fiddling around so not quick release. Also very small. Hard to get fingers where they need to go to unlock or lock…. even with my tiny hands. Do not recommend.
