Easy product to use
Like this product because I can cook my steaks inside my house. No smoke and easy to clean.

Best Grill Yet.
Ok where to start. I have had many of these. But I can tell you that you want one with a lid, it heats faster and maintains so much better than the ones that have no lids. This one can get temps to 460. The water and fan absolutely stops the smoke. It’s not as large as like a power XL but perfect for countertop. The heating coil wraps differently than some so this one gets much better consistent heat. Cooking is great and cook about as fast as any I had. They really need to install and switch on these. If you hit the power it turns off but the red flashing lite will not go off. I am going to get a smart wall plug for kitchen and see if you can turn it off that way. Great grill. Highly recommend

Broken
Temperature control doesn't work. Unable to shut off without unpluging as power button only turns grill on.

Heats evenly to edges, grill easy to clean
No missing parts with my smokeless grill.Lid assembly, I needed someone to hold it in place while I tighten the screws. However, I liked the raised handle design and the plastic handle.First use: Beef bulgogi with julienne onions and sweet peppers. Slice the beef, and marinate the meat with bulgogi sauce, corn starch, water, and oil to tenderize the meat for 30 minutes. This process is termed, "velveting" the meat. (I marinated mine for 2 days because I couldn't get to it ... It dried up a bit, but I just mixed in some water). This unit has more coils than the other models. More coils heat more evenly even to the edges (similar to an outdoor grill, you'd want more burners to more cooking surface and no cold spots). This grill is coated with ceramic and is very easy to clean. That was another reason I chose this unit. (If it is coated with non-stick materials, I prefer that it is ceramic.)If you flip the grill over, the grill has channels for the coils and the design protect the coils from getting caked with food. I was worried about cleaning it but it didn't turn out to be a chore. The instructions suggest you put two cups of water in the plastic pan. However, I felt that one cup of water is more than sufficient. Before cooking anything, I wiped the grill top with canola oil to keep food from sticking. I don't prefer to use oil spray because it gets everywhere and I would have to clean the overspray. I had a wooden tong, but I gave it up and used a pair of chopsticks for better control. Julienne vegetables tend to slip into the gap along the edges. You can pull those out better with chopsticks. Tongs are fine if you are cooking a big piece of meat or vegetables. I had to hit the meat and veggies with more bulgogi sauce at the end because it looked a bit dry to me before I finished cooking it. I used a plastic spoon to scoop out all the smaller meat or veggies faster to keep the food from burning. The con of this was that for bulgogi, I think cooking the beef in a wok is easier, faster, makes the meat more moist, and a wok is less cleaning. Also where to put the lid without taking up so much counter space? I ended up using a lid holder (if you decide to get one, get a lid holder with a very tall fingers to keep the big lids from tipping over. If it is too short the lid will fall over instead of stay upright).I'll try grilling a ribeye steak or shrimp kabobs next time on this smokeless grill. However, I really prefer to hickory smoke a steak on an outdoor grill. But this may be the next best thing. More to come as I try more things out.

REALLY NICE GRILL!
THIS IS SO NICE... THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING ABOUT IT IS THAT IT'S A BEAR TO CLEAN. BUT, THAT'S ALRIGHT. IT WORKS LIKE IT SAYS IT WILL. IT WAS A LITTLE COMPLICATED TO PUT TOGETHER AT FIRST, BUT THEN AGAIN, I'M NOT REALLY GOOD AT PUTTING THINGS TOGETHER.

Pleasantly suprised
I have to say for a $50 deal this was way worth it, it beat my George forman any day everyday its alot bigger than i thought but wow have to say im inpressed my food comes out really juicy and yummy the water tray is too small so i only add about a cup of water instead its easy to set up and take apart to clean 10 out of 10 would recommend this any day

Indoor grill
There are two things : #1 they tell you to put about 2 cups of water in the tray, but that is too much and hard to empty without spilling. Use less water. #2 The directions do ont tell you the temp you set will blink until it reaches that temp. Otherwise it really did a great job cooking and is very easy to clean.
