Very chic and modern looking
We purchased two of these sconces to replace a double fixture that hung oddly in the center of two walls that are not equal in width. These sconces, hung in the center of each wall, created the balance and lighting we needed for our powder room and also added a bit of industrial modern flair. The light bulbs included with each is a nice bright Edison style LED bulb with a lifespan of 23 years!!!!! Because the bulbs hang lower than the shade, we hung the fixtures a bit higher on the wall so that the light wouldn't be reflected by the mirror which I think would have been too bright. We did experiment with several other style bulbs and though all of them worked just fine, we like the look of the edgy Edison bulb. Hanging this was a breeze though I have to admit our carpenter hung them for us. Packaging was perfect.

Comes with everything
It comes with everything except tools. I used a screwdriver drill set on low torque for everything I could not do with my fingers. You need a standard 4-inch round lamp mounting box installed in the wall. The lamp fixture comes with the round plate, screws, retaining hardware, and wire nuts. Just install the round plate, then put black to black, white to white, and bare wire to the green grounding screw on the round plate. Next, secure it to the lamp to the plate with the finger nuts. Lastly, install the reflectors. My only "mistake" was putting the lamp-mounting screws (not the plate-mouting screws) in too far. Check the depth required and then tighten the nuts to secure these screws before installing the round plate. The depth of your wall box compared to the drywall will determine the proper depth. Unless your box is really deeply installed (incorrectly), you won't need the screws up to the plate.Even with my one minor mistake, it took me less than 30 minutes to put this up. I took away one star because one of the reflectors had a small dent where it mounts to the fixture. This will not show at all, but since a dent happened, I figured maybe a dent could have happened somewhere that showed. Hence, one star gone.Note that the reflector bases leave very little room for the retaining finger screws. I backed the screws out until I could not feel the screws from the inside of the mounting bracket, then installed the reflectors. This seemed to work best. I could only tighten two of the screws maybe on thread each to secure the reflectors. They are holding well, and I have no fear they might fall out later. Just don't try to leave the reflector mounting screws extended in the least when you go to mount the reflector. This lamp went up flawlessly and easily. I would have given it five stars were it not for the slight unobtrusive imperfection. Either manufacturing or quality control should have caught this slight ding in the one reflector. I am nearly certain that the error did not happen in shipping, as everything was well packed.

Very good value, perfect finishes, Much better then usual construction
Take a look at it, it's beautiful, well made, pre-wired and ready to put up! I paused when I saw the under-shades not chromed...but soon was thankful as the light would have burned your eyes out if they were shiny. With the "Warm white" light selection, it's a perfect make-up light!(IDK what was up with the 1 single reviewer who thought otherwise...doesn't make sense)

Different Bolts
When installing this I liked the fact there were short bolts and longer bolts to help whichever situation EXCEPT the longer set bolts were a metric thread and the shorter set of bolts were inches. Why would you have to differently threaded bolts but only 1 washer and 1 cap for the metric set? I needed the shorter set but found out that I couldn't use the washer or cap with it. So after putting it up once and realizing I need the shorter bolts, then putting it up again and realizing these threads on the short bolts don't match the only washer included I had to take it down, go to the hardware store and buy the right bolts and put the light up a third time.
