I love this book
This is an awe-struck piece of work that will leave your imagination ready to perform at the highest levels. Mannings work is concise, and extremely informative. Hadley uses logic, while putting pieces together for peak performance. Whether you want strength, speed, endurance it is all here in this book. I was amazed after reading the first chapter at how I was able to form a patent that will astonish the masses within performance equipment. I highly recommend this book.

Will leave your head spinning (in a good way)
Ever wonder how professional athletes perform at such high levels? Well, it turns out there is a natural science and training approach well beyond what many imagined. This book offers an inside look and offers some approachable ways to reach peak performance (even if you can't spend $2M a year like LeBron!)

This is a complete joke...
The nutrition chapter is 4 pages long (that’s the average chapter length). It just defines protein carb fat electrolytes. This book is appropriate for middle school anatomy and physiology students.

Great book for physical performance!
This small book is revealing. I was glad to be reminded that vitamin K is good for blood clots and healthy bones. The author gives some important facts about genetic traits on performance. The book shows how Stress and anxiety can affect performance. It's a book to read.

The science of athletic performance is a concise but rich guide on all aspects of getting better as an athlete. I really like the scientific nature of it and that the author is a sport scientist. Great chapters on nutrition and recovery and many more. Loads of great info here. Well done.

Loads of really interesting information
The sort of book i love, one that you can read cover to cover or refer back to specific sections of interest. There's a good section on nutrition and hydration, and also an in depth look at PEDs which i found really interesting. Overall i found this to be a great read and would highly recommend it
