I am usually a size small in everything and after reading the measurements decided a small should fit. Unfortunately the small was WAY too small, the medium would probably be perfect but I found the exact same belt at Forever 21, I wish it would've fit because the quality was REALLY good , returned!PS I am 5' 6" and 135lbs and usually a size 2-4 in pants , the belt wouldnt even fit around my waist with jeans that were really high waistedUPDATE April 11th:I returned the belt and gave my reason which was off sizing. I originally got the small because of the measurements listed on the site. I received an email from the seller and they said they are willing to give me any product of theirs on Amazon for free. Amazing customer service. Really happy and will order the same belt again because it is great quality just need it to fit right.

The second I saw this beautiful dark brown, almost coffee color vintage leather western style belt, I knew my search for a PERFECT belt was over. I love this belt and know it's going to be my year around signature favorite!PROS: The patina, raised vintage embossed floral, sunflower like, vine scrolls design detailing of this silver tone decorative belt buckle and strap tip is very pretty and a nice touch of western style to wear with denim blues and boots, looks great paired with a dress or sneakers and casual tee, too.- The suggested size chart according to waist measurements provided by JASGOOD (designer of belt) in the pics and description info made the process of selecting my best size and true to size fit simple and easy.- I appreciate the designers ensure your belt will fit commitment and the complementary DIY belt sizing kit that came inside the really nice presentation belt box, which also doubles as dust free storage box. The kit includes a leather hole punch and easy step-by-step cut and adjust instructions and how-to pics.- In my opinion, the textured gray-blue, logo silver stamped box is so beautiful that all it needs is a long piece of ribbon crisscross tied around the sides, then tied into a pretty bow and for under $15 will make an awesome gift!CONS: I don't own another belt by this designer (JASGOOD) in different style or color... yet. 😁Yes, I absolutely highly recommend this belt, especially for anyone like myself who has never treated yourself to a luxurious, high quality genuine leather belt.*** A huge thanks to the designers *** of this beautifully designed, amazing quality, affordably price leather belt and for the first time experience of purchasing a belt where I didn't have to do "either or" decision making pertaining to best fit size selection. You know, pondering over the question, do I sacrifice the ability to wear my belt with anything more than jeans and get the size that fits just right, with ability to only use the first 2-3 holes? Or do I get the longer size that can be worn with more of my wardrobe, add a few extra holes and just deal with excess strap length?

I wanted a nice statement belt to wear with most of my outfits. This was a great price and super cute! It came in the mail really quickly and the sizing wasn't too far off what I had expected. I usually wear a size 8 in jeans and I ordered the larger size option since I read it ran big. The belt fit me on the very last notch so I decided to use the very conveniently added belt notcher they give you with the belt. Easily undid the belt, cut, and punched a new hole with no problem. They did a great job making the shortening process super easy and the belt versatile for all sizes. Only thing I wish was different is the thickness/durability of the belt. It holds up decently for occasional wear but I feel as though it will wear out pretty quickly with everyday use. Still a great buy though for the price and quality though!

I purchased the 39"-43" belt as I am 6 feet tall and typically wear a size 14. I generally find that belts run small on me, but this one is true to size, so I should have gone with the next size down and will likely return it for the smaller size.Based on the photos posted, the belt is the right scale for people who wear smaller sizes. It appears inconsequential on me, which kind of defeats the purpose of wearing a Western belt! Nice quality for the price and the extender equipment was a great and unexpected extra!

I've never purchased a belt on Amazon before so really didn't know what to expect. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Looks very pretty on. The only downside would be the process of having to make additional holes. I think you have to take the time to properly measure out how you want it. I had to take the belt apart and put it back together 3 times because I didn't cut the belt and add the holes close enough. I think at this point it would have been better for me to order a size down.I wear a size 25 in jeans.

I've been wanting to snag a western belt as they've been getting popular and I wasn't about to drop 40$ on one at ASOS or Urban Outfitters, thus Amazon! Super smooth leather, good metal, and the belt adjustment kit is great too! Although mine fit perfect on the last hole (I'm typically a 4 or 6 waist). Highly recommend.
