With one phone call I had a new door delivered to our home in Alaska within a week, directly from the company. I was also assurred that any future problems would be handled with such prompt and curtious responses. I would recommend the smoker to anyone who hasn't the patience or desire to constantly feed wood or chips into a non-digital smoker. This one has a wonderful feeding stack and does a tremendous job. I bought it as a birthday gift for my husband thinking that I wouldn't be inclined to use it. However, that's not the case at all. Install a PID Temperature control device from Auber Instruments for about $125. Install a 900 w heater for about $50. Install a fan for about $40. 2. Another way is to buy the dust cover for the Bradley. Cut a hole on top so the exhaust smoke can get out. The cover slips off and on with ease when you want to get into the smoker. 3. What I also did was use a 10X20 canvas garage that was shortened to a 10X14 as a wind break for the smoker. I also have a fermentation chamber (temperature and humidity controlled) and cheese cave (temperature and humidity controlled) located in this shelter also. **Q: what is the highest temperature you can reach** A: I have only wanted to get it up to 350 where I smoked a chicken. Never have needed nor wanted it any hotter. It is a great little smoker. Gives you the ability to choose the amount of smoke you want in your food. You can smoke the whole time or just give a 10 minute smoke. **Q: Do the product fits the European electricity, with adopter it will work fine?** A: With an adapter yes **Q: Does it come with Bisquettes?** A: Some deals come with the bisquettes, most do not. If you are proactive and shop smartly you can find excellent deals on the bisquettes. You can expect to spend $1.00/hr of actual smoke. I buy the large (120) packs of bisquettes and store them in a dry place.
