Would the small lampshade be suitable for candle wall lights?

In my opinion only if the bracket length extended by at least a foot from it’s wall-base .. I did post a photo which may help but the 9“ shade base diameter would require a clearance of at least 2” from the wall so the bracket of the lamp must be quite large which isn’t likely if the bulbs are candle style

The shades were smaller than I ideally wanted, but I knew that when I placed the order.. I bought them to replace some Ikea shades that literally fell apart. The shades came in well protected boxes so they arrived undamaged; they were easy to fit and look good on the stands. They get a 5 * as well made, look good and are exceedingly cheap!
