I love this light/fan unit. I wanted something to match my decor and not overpower the room. This was perfect. It sits close to the ceiling and doesn't take a lot of room. It is surprisingly bright at high light color but dimmable to different colors which is great and sets moods. The fan is also great and puts out a lot of air. I have this in my open living room and love it.

Fan is very easy to install. As others have suggested, install the unit BEFORE attaching the actual fan part as it is easier to put the screws in. Fan portion is easy to install afterwards. Main issue is that each time, should the fan be on a wall switch circuit, be powered off and on, the color changes until you throw the switch again to the next color. The remote then needs to be re-paired with fan to work each time. So I have this fan on a wall switch which also has my Sleep Number bed on it. We never turn the power off to the bed pump or the fan anyhow. That being said, the remote itself will not change the color range. It will dim/brighten and the fan speeds along with the reverse, all work. For us, it is a minor inconvenience for the low price of the fan. It is small, but powerful. Fan is relatively quiet. If you are used to a larger style standard fan and the nice slow movement of the air, this fan operates different. It blows a lot of air in a small area. Being its over the bed, that is ok. To get the nice flow in reverse, you need to up the speed a bit to a 3 if you don't like air on your face all night. Overall, decent fan but could be a little better with a small bit of memory to hold the last settings which would add to the cost.

Bought this fan with light. Light works perfectly. The fan doesn't blow air down at all. Doesn't matter with way you flip it. Always pulling upwards!!! I even built a shield and put it above it!! Doesn't matter still pulling upwards. Very very disappointed in this product!!!! I'd give it a zero if I could!!!

It’s easy to put together and easy to install! It’s so quiet! It also keeps air circulating and can be bright (there are several settings)! I love it so much! I have it in my dining room!

No instructions or diagrams of wiring. Some things made very cheaply could not even use had to buy others.

I love the fact that the fan is reversible with six different speeds. Also, the light is very bright, warm, or cold mode and it’s dimmable.
