case is cheaply made; securing back plate to enclosure very weak. one time deal. The ssd board thin and does not secure in the case flush: i noticed the board bend as i secured it to enclosure..In general pooorly made not worth it-- move on.

I bought a brand new from this seller, and the product arrived on dead. It did not show on my computer as all when a Samsung 970 EVO M.2 was connected. I tried other brand M.2 to U.2 adapter, and it worked normal when the same Samsung M.2 was connected.

- The metal casing have really jagged edges which scratched my laptop when i slide it into the slot...- What was the purpose of that white dot in the middle of the case??? It looks like it there used to be a rod attached and was then sniped off(badly done), since it was still high enough to scratch the PCB of my Samsung 1 TB SSD (would of been an expensive mistake), thankfully there wasn't any circuitry on the back of my Samsung SSD.- ...There was green fluff all over the adapter... most of it blew away but on the back of the PCIe connector there is still a lot remaining.

Works, however, can't use it for the max speed with Mac-pro 4,1 tower.

Purtroppo ho dovuto restituire il prodotto, in quanto ha un attacco non universale (non l'avevo notato), e quindi non é stato possibile utilizzarlo per lo scopo prefissato. Nel complesso è di buona fattura, ma non mi sento di consigliarlo

Konnte problemlos eine U.2 SSD an einen normalen PCIe-Slot anschließen. Ist auch ganz praktisch, dass da LEDs dran sind, die leuchten wenn die Verbindung zum PCIe Slot besteht.Allerdings kann man an den LEDs wohl nicht erkennen, ob die Kontakte zur SSD funktionieren. Bei mir leuchteten Sie genau gleich, ob mit oder ohne angeschlossener SSD.

Buen producto y con calidad, solo que me equivoqué con la conexión, no me fijé en el tipo de conexión lo compre sin fijarme y compré una conexión B, cuando lo que yo necesitaba era una conexión M.
