Works as advertised. powerful suction.
I used this unit for the first time yesterday to get some massive oak and maple leaves off of the bottom of our above ground pool. Our cover split this spring and dumped everything that had gathered on the cover into the pool! These leaves were already stuck together. It stalled a couple times but there were massive wads of this mess wrapped around the impeller. They stayed there each time when I pulled it out of the pool, so still retrieved. I also sucked up two or three 4 foot Pampas grass fronds with ease. The unit ran for the advertised 75 min before needing recharged. After seeing how it handeled this mucky mess, cleaing up any storm reated messes will be a breeze!

Sturdy little helper cleans my pool
Our very expensive Maytronic robot bit the dust and I needed something that could vacuum up the leaves in our pool. Plenty of choices and price points. The reviews on this unit were enough to risk a hundred bucks on. So I took the plunge, so to say.The vacuum is well built and the plastic housing is not brittle or flimsy. I let it charge up until the power supply LED changed from red to green. The pole that is supplied is too short to be used in our 15,000 gallon pool with a six foot deep end. So I used the extension pole with the pool rake net. It attached just fine. Switched the little dude in and took it for a trip. The suction was sufficient to get both leaves and pollen pods from the oak tree. In fact, as I vacuumed, I could see a lighter trail behind the vacuum that indicated the fine debris was being removed into the fin mesh bag. It only took a few minutes to clean the pool.I removed the mesh bag and inverted it, shook out the leaves, and a little of the grit. So I hung the bag up to dry, after which I used a soft bench brush to whisk away the dry grit.So far, I am very pleased with the vacuum, the performance, and the value.

Great product for pool owners
I watched my pool guy use one of these to sweep the bottom. It is so incredibly easy to use. I will never hook up a hose to the filter again. You do need to charge it about every 3 times you use it. Of course, depending on the size of your pool. But I put this product to the test 4 or 5 days a week all winter and it is holding up well. So I can say the quality of the product I got is top notch.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough, Great tool!
Five Stars Isn’t Enough Just tried it for the first time and I’m seriously impressed! Super easy to use and works amazingly well. I saw pros recommending it and now I see why. No more dragging hoses or losing suction—this is going to make pool cleaning a breeze all summer. Great design and totally worth it!

Amazing
This is an amazing machine. I cannot believe I’ve lived with out it all these years. The water I would have saved. It’s a game changer. Light weight, fast, and reliable.

Beware
It would have been nice to have know that the plug can’t get wet. Deteriorated within a few months. The receptor on the vacuum has to be totally dry or will rust the plug. Vacuum is easy to handle and works well commercially. Also why can’t we obtain individual bags.

I've had 4 pools in Florida in 41 years ; this is the best review you will ever read
Before I start, the manfacturer of this products should give me this for free after this comprehensive review.Like the title says, we have built 4 homes here in south, central and now northern Florida. The reason I decided to try this system is because 99% of the pool cleaners work off the pressure from the enclosed pool system. I have had a Navigator, a Shark, a Red Devil and two bladder types that look like a big rubber plate. You attach the cleaner to a intake that is built into the wall of the pool. It has a safety cap on it, you remove it, stick in the hose that connects to the pool and it starts cleaning until it doesn't.These types of pool cleaners are expensive, the parts are expensive to replace and they all wear out. It will stop over raised Haywood drain caps, can get hung up in a corner but most of the issues have to do with a lack of suction in the system. The main reason for a lack of suction is if the pool water rises over the skimmer box in the pool, the suction stops until you let enough water out of the pool for the air to enter the skimmer box.So with the cost of water here in Florida, it makes no sense to continue to empty your pool after a heavy rain to make your pool cleaner work. And then what if you empty enough to get the water level below the top of the skimmer box and it doesn't rain for two weeks? Happens all the time. So then you have to add water back. It is ridiculous and so I decided I wanted this type of system or one of those robot types that also works on a charge.I tried it today and it worked! You must have your own generic pool pole; the one they give you is ridiculous. It is only big enough for your bathtub. You must have one of those adjustible pool poles. They are about $20. It is slow but it has plenty of power (I have the #410) to pick up dirt and particles. I have a 17 x 14 pool so it is small. But it will work on any size pool. The negatives are it takes some time to use it and a lot more time to clean out the bag. I set the dirty bag in a sink after pulling it inside out, of course, and I'd say it takes about 10 minutes to clean it out. I kept shaking it out.Be careful when you put the bag on and make sure you use that little white gadget to close and lock the bag in place. it has a little release button; very cleaver. For the price, so long as it holds up, I'm saying it is a go. Now, I have only used it once, but it is sturdy enough to make a call. It takes about an hour to charge and I will use mine a couple of times a week and be happy with it.It has a warranty of some sort. Who knows? There are robot units but if you have a coved pool like most are in Florida, the only ones that work are over $800.00 I took a shot at this knowing I got it through Amazon. So far, so good.
