Bought for my grandchild who was a bit under the weather and not allowed out, this was a god sent it kept her busy and stopped her getting bored, she mastered it fairly quickly and now loves crocheting, good quality value for money, and perfect for beginners

This made me unfathomably angry
I can’t stress how infuriating this “beginners” kit is. Firstly the Instructions may as well not exist as they make absolutely no sense. Im assuming I was missing a page of instructions as some of the stitch instructions were no where to be found.The yarn and needle are far too small for a beginner and you can barely see what the hell you’re doing as the stitches are tiny.And the video? Jesus Christ. It’s filmed from so far away that you can’t make out a thing that’s happening.The only thing I’ll be using this kit for is gauging my eyes out with the needle

Clear as mud!
Always wanted to learn to crochet. Now age 51 I decided to buy a beginners kit. Instructions for a complete beginner are poor. The video was just as bad. I couldn't see the stitches as camera is too far from the persons hands to really understand.Absolute waste of money. The only thing that i enjoyed was the comment 'read the Instructions through with an adult'. I asked my husband if he could be the adult but he didn't have a clue either!

Left handed instructions
The instructions are for left handed crochet and the picture reference doesn't match the instructions it goes with.I can't use them 😭😭😭
