I actually ordered this because it would get here faster than my regular order would. While on a trip I realized that when I returned home I'd run out before my next order.I've taken this probiotic for a year and a half.It includes several things I used to take separately. I also used to make Reuteri yogurt. But this is simpler and still cost effective. This microbe is one we should have all had. Unfortunately most of us have lost it due to taking antibiotics.I won't ever go without it. I get too many wonderful benefits.

I have gut health issues, irritable bowel syndrome with constipation, and my doctor has told me that I need various supplements to improve gut health, with one of them being the probiotic strain Lactobacillus. So when I see products with Lactobacillus I am always willing to try them out as I need it anyway. This contains not only probiotics, but ingredients for skin health which is something that I haven’t addressed yet but definitely should as I am in my 40s and aging is inevitable. So an all in one is perfect for a lazy supplement taker like me. That part isn’t the most convenient because you definitely need a meal versus a snack or on an empty stomach. The capsules themselves had a smell to them, and I did have to take one or two at a time due to the size versus all 4 at once. I don’t notice any bad side effects after taking. And as far as benefits, I can’t say I see a difference in my skin yet but I’m sure it takes time just like anything. but so far so good. It is pricey so I will update later with results.

Started taking this product after learning about LR. First three weeks I felt good, but it wasn’t until the 4th week that I really began to feel it. More muscle and less lower belly fat, way better sleep. Skin looked fantastic too. Purchased product for international travel and did not have access to homemade l Reuteri yogurt. I felt better eating the yogurt verses taking the pill form.
