Vitamix E320 Explorian Blender Red

Bought a slip and slide mat for underneath so I can push or pull it wherever I need to because of its weight. I’m a senior citizen with limited strength!Love the ease of cleaning, tackling all of my blending recipes and the noise isn’t offensive.The performance is impressive!

I took a while for me to finally get a VitaMix because of the price. I make raw green smoothies and fruit smoothies and it works so incredibly well. There are no pieces of anything left, including the ice cubes. It is so easy to clean by just rinsing the container and lid right away, and then adding warm water with a drop or two of dish soap and running it on high for about a minute, then rinse and let dry...easy!I love it!!! The smoothies are delicious! I make smoothies by filling the container full and I freeze the extra portions (in glass canning jars) for subsequent days. I take one out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator the day before, so it is thawed by the time I want to drink it. The frozen smoothies taste just as good as the ones I drink the same day I make them.Money well spent!

Strong enough to handle things that a regular blender can't touch. Super easy to clean by just adding soap and water to the jug and running on high for about 30 seconds. Rinse and you're done. Love that is has a 7-year warranty. Only downside is the noise level but I guess that is to be expected with such a strong motor.

I absolutely love my ViTAMix. This is my second one as the one I had before I loaned out to my sister who was using it to juice for her husband who had brain cancer. Unfortunately for me it was never returned and just according to my dear sister it just disappeared. Learned my lesson do not loan out your appliances!!! It’s taken me six years to replace and only because my dear son bought it for me as a gift. The smoothies come out so great and yummy but also it blends items quickly and and thoroughly. I make pesto, soups, sauces and every dish comes out superbly. Try blending up a malted milkshake ... so yummy! One drawback though is that it did not come with a recipe book but no big deal for me since I still have the one I got from my first Vitamix. Everyone says why would you spend so much money on a blender.. try it yourself and you will see why!

Bought one of the red referbs first and it had issues. Got a refund.Decided to pay full price for a new one. Love it.Compared to other blenders these guys are head and shoulders better.Better design (easy to clean).Better made (heavy duty materials).Hope she lasts.

My husband had been wanting a VitaMix for a long time (mostly for smoothies), but I was reluctant since I already had a blender. I must say I LOVE this machine for it's power and large capacity because I do alot of large quantity home canning and I've already liquified cranberries to can into cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving and will soon be doing the same with the excess tomatoes from this summer that have been waiting in the freezer to be turned into tomato sauce! It's a WIN-WIN for our family! I'm sure I will think of many other uses over time.

Wow.... came from a fairly expensive and good quality Breville that I was happy with for several years until it died. This Vitamix is unbelievable! Blends the heck out of anything. I love the wider, less tall style of jug with huge capacity. I was concerned wide jug would not blend as well as tall skinny.... not to worry, wide is fine. I also like very simple controls. No need to get more expensive model with LCD control panel and different blend modes. You don’t need that, these controls are perfect. This is a large, very robust, powerful, loud blender. Will pulverize everything you put in it. Easy clean by filling with water, couple drops of soap and blend 30 secs. Then rinse. Super heavy duty, feels like it will last for ever.

I was skeptical. How could it be that different? I have used different blenders for decades. Mostly for soup. Did I need an extra expensive one?In a word yes. This is a completely different piece of kit.I am using it mostly for blended raw veg and fruit to make easy smoothies and increase my veg intake. It can blend anything … solid lumps of raw carrot, raw ginger lumps with skin on, turmeric root, apple with skin on, broccoli stalks..If I have a reservation I suggest you have to watch it does not pulverise everything when you want a bit of texture.And yes it is VERY noisy. So just shut the kitchen door. Jet engines are noisy by they do the job.I suggest you don’t need the fancier ‘programmable’ models. Unless you want the smaller goblets , which would be useful.At the moment I would not be parted with it.

Solid unit. In comparison to cheaper blenders this unit is heavy and solid. Well designed and built. Does an excellent job. Never had smoothies as smooth as this unit makes. One part bothers me is the fact it is only engineered and built in the USA with parts assumed to be coming from "offshore" sources.

Blending perfect. Cleaning needs doing sooner rather than later especially the lid. Takes longer to clean than to blend but then it doesn't take long to blend !
