Other similar products I have tried have a sickly sweet synthetic flavour, more expensive and seemingly less effective. Nice taste that isn't overpowering or very sweet. Good consistency when mixed (I don't mix it very well or shake that much and the few clumps I get aren't at all off-putting) Despite the calories and well rounded ingredients I wouldn't think of this as a replacement and am pleased to see that it isn't marketed as such. Rather, if you are training or just generally busy with stuff this feels like an additional surplus/boost to improve your growth and overall health. I am not a big fan of protein powders, meal replacements, pre-workout etc and this feels like it sits somewhere nicely inbeteeen those. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants a well rounded powder to supplement their diet. Review: It's effective but it's not magic. You have to be consistent with it. I added extra weight which I wanted, after a few weeks. Prompt delivery. Well sealed. The protein quality is good. I mix mine with milk. It doesn't upset my tummy. It has a good taste. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is the packaging.
