Full Size Unfinished Walnut Magwell 1911 Grips

I'm using this unfinished grip set on an AR-45 pistol grip and not on the intended firearm. I have to reshape the top edges a bit to match the contour of the grip handle they'll be mounted on. Then I'll sand the wood grips and finish them off old school style using only linseed oil. My AR will stand out in the crowd because it will have real walnut grips and not the usual plastic molded grip most AR's have.

I couldn't find wood grips with the kryptek design on them to save my life so I finally decided to make my own. These made the perfect base so i didn't have to completely start from scratch. Put a pearce rubber insert under them and a dark walnut stain on them and they turned out great! Match my paint job perfect.
