Clip-n-Seal Bag Clips - Medium 10 pack

These clips do a great job sealing mushroom grow bags. If you are new to the hobby, trying to work in a low “tek” still air box, they allow you to seal your bags without further exposure to contamination or the cost of a heat sealer.

I saw other reviews on all versions of this product and I actually thought they might not be by legitimate customers. There wasn't much that explained how these work or what was so great about them, but they included Prime shipping and weren't that expensive, so I gave them a shot.These clip-n-seal clips absolutely work. Not only do they work, but they are absurdly simple and whoever invented them is probably going to become a millionaire.What you'll receive is a clear bag with a bunch of slightly translucent white strips of plastic. No instructions. No other packaging. There are two parts to the system. One part is a plastic dowel. The other part is a wider plastic u-shaped strip.To use, you simply place the round dowel on one side of your bag (say, a bag of chips) and then take one of the u-shaped pieces and place it on the other side of the bag. Then you press them together so that the dowel snaps into the recessed part of the other strip. The bag is caught extremely tightly between them. Once you have these snapped on, nothing is getting in or out of that bag!They are simple to snap together and to unsnap when you want to retrieve something from a bag. I can't imagine most people would find them difficult to use, except those with only the most restricted use of their hands.I definitely plan to buy more of these. For the price, there's no reason I should ever return to those plastic spring clips you get at the grocery store.

I love the concept of the product. I have some of the original ones that had a solid rod, and I like those much better. I have had those for years, and have had no problems with them. I hope these with the hollow rod hold up as well.

These bag clips are great! They are 100% better than any chip clip. They seal easier than the SealStix bag sealer that we also purchased. The price is fantastic compared to the SealStix.It works like this: you place the round stick across the front of your open chip or cereal bag. Then you clip the C portion over the stick bar with the bag sealed in between. You can fold your bag a few times if you wish. If you do, the C clip will seal it even tighter. The medium pack was perfect for both chips and cereal.We will never buy the now old fashion chip clip seen in every grocery store. You are lucky to get a year or two out of them. These appear to be long lasting. No hinge, no cheap thin plastic, just a tight seal!

I bought these 3 years ago. I use them on everything including bags of chips, cereal bags, really any plastic bag you need to seal. When I have company over and they see me flip the outer plastic piece off of the plastic rod and seal a bag up. They all love it and say "Where did you get that?" So I gave them one to take home. Now I need to replace mine simply due to giving them away. They are durable. I see the one I ordered is not longer available. I paid just over $11 and free shipping for a 10 pack of medium clips, they have gone up a lot in price. I will keep looking for them at a good price.

Why have I never seen nor heard of these Clip-n-Seal clips before?? Have I been living under a rock? I was trying to find long, efficient clips, ran across these, ordered them, and am delighted to find they're everything the other reviewers have said they are. The medium size suits our needs best, but the small are good, and the large, which are REALLY long, can be trimmed down to a more manageable length and are good for sealing heavier gauge bags. I am ordering more medium clips because they are the perfect solution for sealing soups, stews and spaghetti sauce in Food Saver freezer bags, since you can't use the vacuum sealer with liquids. This solves the problem of making an air- and liquid-proof seal while still being able to use superior freezer bags.

I love these Clip-n-Seal Bag Clips. They work great for sealing bags of chips, coffee beans, bags of lettuce, bags of vegetables, bags of flax seeds, etc. I bought the "medium" size ones and cut a few in half, which works perfectly for things like bags of coffee beans. I like having a bunch of these around rather than the typical spring-type clip which I had used previously. One thing to be aware of is that it can take a bit of force to un-clip some bags, especially thicker ones, and while not exactly difficult, it can take some effort (I learned this while un-fastening a bag of coffee and accidentally knocked a glass off the counter when my hand suddenly released -- lesson learned). I'll probably buy another batch just to have a few more around because they are quite handy.

Not pliable enough. Just don’t work.

I really like these clips. Seals bags well. I would definitely purchase again.
