The item is great, very attractive and a good option for those who love cats but not the “cat aesthetic.” My cats love it too. But giving 5 stars for the MauPets customer service. I had an issue with one of the tree “branches” being defective. I emailed the address included in the package and included pictures, my purchase invoice, and a short description of the problem. I had a response within two hours and a replacement piece via Fedex within days. It was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend.

This product was shipped quickly. It took me 10 minutes or less to put together. They also have online videos. It is so pretty and my cats are already loving it. I would have purchased a bigger one, but wanted to make sure that my kitties loved it before I splurged more. I love the look, it is sturdy, human and most importantly…cat approved.

my boy loves it, couldn’t even get it out of the box before claimed it. I’ve only had it up for 3 hours and he’s loving being in it. easy to assemble and a very high quality aesthetic tree. platforms are easy on my 14 year old cats joints, perfect height for a window perch, just what we needed

EDIT: My cats love it now that they are older. They were 3 months old when I wrote the review, they are almost 4 months now. my cats don't really like it, overall. They LOVE the little hanging toy, and I enjoy watching them have their Rocky moments with it, but they don't sleep on it, they don't use the scratcher nor the rope. Prior to buying this, I had a much cheaper one that was pretty cute, but was flimsy and broke in two days (and the toy came loose), but they were in it non stop. I really thought they'd like this one and I'd have piece of mind, and I do because they are never in it.

I have purchased Mac cat trees in the past and the cats have loved them (still do). This tree, however, has a completely different look and feel. Neither cat showed any interest; so, I am returning it. I thought they would love it.
