Works great and it's funny to see him wake up and go running to get his food when he hears my recorded message! Very easy to set up portions and times for food delivery. Much cheaper than wifi ones, but don't need that feature. A button push will dispense food if needed off schedule.

I couldn't be happier. It does what it says and the price was great.

The media could not be loaded. HAVE USED THIS FOR LESS THAN A WEEK AND IT IS DEFECTIVEI purchased this bc It has good reviews, so potentially I got a faulty machine but mine is completely faulty. The top does not lock when set to lock (still lifts right up and the food has toppled out twice now till i duct taped it)And when shaken or pushed , food comes out with no stop. The more it’s touched the more food comes out.Not to mention it is spitting out enough food to fill the bowl when I have it set to only drop one portion at a time (which should be 1/8 of a cup)Edit: the company has exchanged my machine with a new machine (the 3l stainless steel version) which has fixed the aforementioned problems.

I could not get this app enabled automatic pet feeder to turn on at all after charging it all night. I even downloaded the needed app to my iPad and iPhone and I followed the instructions provided in the app needed to run this automatic pet feeder and every time I pressed any of the buttons while this app was open on my iPad and/or iPhone, the screen never ever turned on for me at all. I even tried with some of my cat's dry (kibble) food on the top inside of it and pressing the buttons never ever made it turn on at all. I returned it back to Amazon after pouring the dry cat (kibble) food back into the bag it came in and cleaning the inside of it for a refund and I ended up buying a non app enabled automatic food feeder for my cat that works with no problems from Amazon instead. If I could choose a zero rating out of five for this app enabled automatic food feeder I would, but Amazon made me choose at least one star out of five stars.

Owned the first version (no WiFi or app capability) and it worked extremely well. So thought I’d upgrade, and after a month I’m extremely happy with the ability to make changes thru the app. Very happy with being able to control measurements and impromptu feedings thru the app as well. Was a great price, designed much better and holds a real sufficient amount for weeks at a time. Like that it has a freshness capsule, but will only change quarterly and air out periodically….not totally sold that it needs to be changed monthly.

I’ve been looking at things like this for quite a while for my dog. Got it put set up yesterday, put it on the floor and it was almost like he knew immediately what it was. I had to do a little giggle this morning when it went off at 6 o’clock, he jumped right off the bed and straight downstairs. I will say that the instructions could use improvement and it would be nice if there was an option to change from grams to pounds. Took me a while to figure all that out so that would be my only recommendation. I am having issues finding the same type of desiccant pads. I’m not sure if anyone else out there has found ones just like the one included. overall very happy with the purchase

Bought this because I liked the idea of being able to set the feedings easily from my phone and get notified when I needed to refill it. It seemed to work fine for a short while and then started notifying me at every feed that 'Excessive accumulation detected at the outlet'. I took it completely apart and wiped it down with no success clearing that error. I had to turn off the notifications, so I would be bothered at every autofeed.I also have it set to the lowest portion setting because any more would be too much food dispensed.It also fairly regularly disconnects from the wifi even though the router is only about 8 feet away in the same room.I can understand why not long after I bought this unit, it's selling for half the price that I paid.On the plus side, it does dispense food on the schedule I set.

I was in search of a feeder that has low sensor detection as described but the app does not notify me if I don’t have it open. It dispenses well and on its scheduled time but after two months it’s started to act weird. It keeps disconnecting from the wifi (never had an issue with my wifi). Also the portion size are not so reliable but I made it work. Now I will say the convenience of the feeder was great and all but for how it worked after a while and not the long run the money wasn’t worth it.

Bueno...Estoy corrigiendo la opinión...El producto me gusta.. solo que ya tiene problemas...SE DESCONFIGURA SOLO.. COMO SI LE APRETARAN LOS BOTONES..SE CAMBIA DE HORA, Y OTRAS COSASy pues es muy incómodo estar ajustándolo constantemente.. se supone que para eso lo compre. Para no preocuparme en los tiempos de comida...Estoy buscando como contactar al servicio técnico pero no me lo permite..Que mal plan.

No me gustó que NO pueda conseguir la silica para mantener el alimento, tengo q regresar el producto
