A very nice product.
I recently tried Rhino Wax Leather Oil, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. This leather treatment is a must-have for anyone looking to moisturize and condition their leather products. Here's why I highly recommend it.First and foremost, I appreciate that this product is made in the USA. It's always reassuring to support local businesses and know that the product is crafted with quality in mind. Rhino Wax Leather Oil is suitable for various types of leather, including full grain leather, top grain leather, vinyl, bonded leather, faux or vegan leather, aniline, pull-up, or corrected grain leather. No matter what type of leather you own, this oil will work wonders. What sets Rhino Wax apart from other leather care products is its commitment to using natural ingredients. Unlike products that contain neatsfoot oil derived from animal byproducts, Rhino Wax Leather Oil offers a superior alternative for leather care and conditioning. This means you can feel good about using it on your leather items without worrying about the ingredients. The oil itself penetrates deep into the leather fibers, providing essential hydration and softening the leather. Leather requires regular moisturization to stay in pristine condition, and this oil does an excellent job of keeping the leather fibers supple and pliable. I found it easy to apply by using a microfiber towel and gently rubbing it into the entire leather surface. After allowing it to fully penetrate for 12-24 hours, I noticed a significant improvement in the leather's texture and appearance. One aspect that impressed me is Rhino Wax's dedication to environmentally friendly practices. Their products are plant-based, free from chemicals, and 100% natural. The packaging is also 100% zero waste, with eco-tubes and bottles made with 30% wheat straw. This commitment to sustainability is commendable, and it's refreshing to see a company taking steps to minimize their impact on the environment.Rhino Wax Leather Oil has a wide range of applications. Whether you want to preserve your leather jacket, thigh-high boots, work gloves, recliner, or stylish purse, this oil will help protect and maintain their quality for years to come. The fact that it's suitable for various leather products makes it a versatile choice.Lastly, Rhino Wax stands by the quality of their products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund. It's evident that they are committed to delivering the best product and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, I appreciate Rhino Wax's commitment to conservation efforts. They support the World Wildlife Fund in their global conservation endeavors, and a portion of each purchase goes towards these initiatives. It's heartening to know that your purchase contributes to protecting species and their habitats. In conclusion, Rhino Wax Leather Oil is a premium leather treatment that delivers exceptional results. With its natural ingredients, easy application, and dedication to sustainability, it stands out among other leather care products on the market. If you want to keep your leather items in excellent condition and support a company that prioritizes quality and environmental consciousness, I highly recommend Rhino Wax Leather Oil.

thick. thick. thick.
so, i pressed open the lid and tried to put oil on my car seats and nothing! took the lid off and found a silver seal. This is good. the oil is not oxidized. So, put the lid back on and tried again. Still nothing. Took lid off again and one of those paper inner lid seals was up there in the lid. So, i could not use the dispenser in the lid without figuring out how to get that paper thing out. So, being resourceful (and lazy), i just upturned the entire bottle slowly onto a gloved hand.I was surprised at how thick the oil is. I rubbed it in and then kept adding more as it did not look like it was spreading all over. The instructions said to use a microfiber cloth, but these leather seats had not been cared for over the last 20 years or so, so i figured they needed as much oil as would absorb.i wiped the seats down the next day. it took a lot of wiping (just to quantify, i wiped all the oil off once and then twice more). it was like the oil oozed out of the leather every time i turned around. I then applied a conditioner (per the instructions i should apply a conditioner) and it makes sense since you really don't want to sit on something oily. But, the oil still seemed to come back, so i wiped yet again. I think i will have to reapply the conditioner in a week since i probably wiped it all off. However, i think this means that the oil is working. It is going to just take some time for the leather to be conditioned. Remember that this leather has not been cared for in years.

Thick liquid, good for restorative care
I like the product overall. The bottle will go far. I've used it on my car seats, leather straps on a bag, and boots and have only dented the bottle. It is very similar to leather honey. It's a thick honey like substance with high viscosity. You really have to apply a good bit and work it in a bit manually. It's not watery at all. It leaves a dark wet look but after about 12 hours is absorbed and dry to the touch and look. Definitely better if you do a basic cleaning with a brush or vacuum before applying so that your cloth applicator doesnt get wrecked. The leather will be left clean, smooth and soft. I like this for leather that is more neglected and needs a more thorough restore every now and then. For example it really helped the old straps on a multiple decades old milsurp backpack. I included a pic of one strap untreated next to the treated strap for comparison. Also a well worn pair of muck boots I show where I started treatment and the surrounding untreated areas look very dry and beat in comparison. I'll probably use this as like an occasional more in depth restorer to supplement a different product that I use for more frequent and cursory treatments.Lastly I like that the ingredients are all natural and just castor oil and vitamin e so I don't worry about it on my skin and it's all natural. The bottle is made from recycled mats too. The company sends a portion of the sales to the world wildlife fund so all in all it's a good mindful product.

Softens leather. Step 2 after cleaning.
The Rhino Wax - Leather Oil is just 2 simple ingredients: cold-pressed castor oil, and vitamin E.It is a pretty thick liquid. After cleaning the leather, apply a thin layer of this oil with a microfiber cloth, and gently work the surface. Let it penetrate/dry for 12-24 hours. The leather feels softened with a little shine.I like that this is all-natural/plant-based. A good product for the second step of leather surface maintenance.
