Trucks cool but...
The truck is pretty sweet strong for it's size and the tracks are fun.Dislikes are the remote came with super loose steering. After the second use it broke. I took it apart and put the spring back but it did not last long before it broke again. The batteries last about 15 mins. The speed is either all or nothing.Wouldn't recommend.Other than the tracks working well.No light either.

Not super fast but can go places
I collect RC vehicles. I have six helicopters, six cars, seven trucks, five boats, a backhoe, five drones, and an Abrams tank. This is the first track car that I have ordered. Right out of the box the car is almost ready to drive. It comes complete with the car, the controller, two car battery packs, and a USB battery charging cable. The only things it did not come with are two AA batteries for the remote and an actual battery charger. I have several old Samsung cell phones, and the charger from one of those works well to charge the battery packs. This is a really neat vehicle with some nice features. The car is four track/wheel drive. It comes out of the box with the tracks installed, but also comes with four wheels that you can swap out with the tracks. The car has very nice metal body panels that look good and are held on with screws. The body is much nicer than the thin vacuum formed bodies on many of my other cars and trucks. The car is not particularly fast, but for it's size it can pretty much go anywhere. You can see in the second picture how steep of a hill it can climb.

Looks cool, but not impressed at all
The media could not be loaded. Well the truck looks cool and the ideas of the tracks (which function well overall) are sweet, I'll give it that, but I'm overall not very impressed with this rc.It does have metal plate body screwed to the plastic frame pieces which make it look more durable than the shell pieces we see on many other vehicles, and the plastics themselves do feel very solid. As seen in my video, however, the shocks are lacking and don't do very much at all. They bind up horribly and most of the movement I notice is catching and turning at the ends more than anything within the actual hydrolic shock or spring. Even just manually moving them a bit it just catches and feels very rough and restricted. This greatly goes into play when trying to drive it. It drives fine but when you come to something to climb, it still more just runs headlong Into it rather than the shocks lifting and letting the wheel or track climb up and being pulling the vehicle over. Instead all we get is a more for show track option. Sure, put something small under there or gradually raising from flat to the ground and it'll go uphill, but it's not gonna take any even "small" rocks or edges etc as something with more working shocks of this height and softness should.I will say that the track itself stuck better than Id expecfed as in one of my pics you can see how the tread is simply moved forward by protruding flaps on the inner edge and it seemed to me with the looseness of the track that it would more slide and pop over if it got in a bad spot. However, it actually holds very well and I see no slipping there. The wheel/track changes out with 1 screw a very tiny, thin screw. I find this a bit inadequate normally, at least if this actually had any validity to it's expressed durability but as it stands, sure. It works.Other things I don't like about this rc is it's simple digital remote. Meaning that you're either going forward, going backwards or stopped. You're either turning full left or right or not. There's no analog playnkn the movement so no variable speed for slow climbing or maneuvering. No partial slow turns.youre either pressing a butting that tells it to turn or you're not same with direction. Very, very basic and underwhelming for any rc for today over like $10 or $15.Lastly the remote itself, while finally one large enough to at least be somewhat comfortable to use,is cheap feeling. Extremely lightweight thin shell feeling plastic. Batteries weigh more overall than the rest of the remote I swear.Sorry, but as excited as I was for this vehicle with its tracks I just can't recommend it. I wouldn't be happy paying this price for myself or for a gift. It'll just sit on a shelf looking cool in theory.

Cool flex
Awesome rc great idea offering tank style tracks or off road tires. I personally prefer how the tanks style tracks not only look but perform. Im able to climb or go over more things than with the tires. Also ill get stuck in certain situations like high grass or rocks that would be the equivalent of boulders than a real jeep tackles out when off roading. If you reall want the most out of it I'd suggest buying a bigger battery maybe like a 7.4volt 850mah battery is strong enough to really enjoy playing with the rc. The battery it comes with even with full power I feel like it needs that extra juice to enjoy it. The difference in power when upgrade battery is like night and day. Great Rc but upgrade to a stronger battery if you want to get the most out of this truck. You'll have the power to get out of tough situations

Broke first day
Got this today and my son was driving it and the tire broke off. Didn’t last one day. And he was just driving normal. Nothing crazy.
