We also realize one steel cannot be all things to all people. With 36 years experience we just aren't that impressed with the glamour steels. Therefore we chose to use an old standby that has proven itself for many years, 440C Stainless Steel. When heat treated, subzero stabilized and double drawn to 57-58 RC it will hold an edge as well as almost any other steel and with 17% chromium it is one of the most corrosion resistant steels available.
