No issues other than the lingering odor but does the job it’s intended for

This spray is for suede and nubuck, not finished leather. It's great for Uggs, Bear Paws, Timberland and any other suede or nubuck shoes and boots. This will make your items water resistant, not waterproof. I would never wear these types of shoes if I knew it was going to rain or snow. But this is great protection when you get caught in a storm or step in a puddle. Read the directions carefully and never spray your boots inside as it has a strong smell. Use every six months for year-round footwear or once a year for winter-only footwear. I'm very pleased with the results.

The can sprayed from the nozzle and then started spewing from the top of the can as well. I tried to control the can but it left big pools of liquid on my brand new suede jacket that was hanging! Plus my hand was soaked! There was that much of a fountain! I quickly tried to wipe the excess away but the damage was already done. Spots the size of dimes and streaks. Wish I’d read the reviews but thought Scotguard was a trusted brand. No more!!

I used this product on my brand new couch. Needless to say it worked great. After several spills and two dogs. It still looks like new. Easy to clean. Just wipe with water

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product. I purchased it to use on my Ugg Tasmans. But about a week after spraying them, I spilled some water while cooking and it slide right off the slipper! Some droplets remained but I brushed them off and they were totally fine. So the spray definitely works. I was also nervous about this changing the color of my Uggs, but they didn’t even darken (I have the light beige color).Took off a star because the packaging needs improvement, specifically the spray nozzle. I have used these on a couple pairs of shoes since and every time I’ve used it the nozzle leaks a lot and I end up with the oily liquid all over my hand and it drips from the can as well. Not a huge deal, but don’t love that it makes a mess, wastes product, and risks dripping on the shoes you’re trying to protect. Especially since oil does stain and show up on suede!I would recommend this if you want to protect your suede from water, but beware of it leaking when you use it!

I got this instead of the actual “ugg spray” ! When I tell you it works, i mean it! I applied it to my new Ugg tasmans, there was a lot of thick, dark mud in a parking lot for hockey , I stepped out of my car right into a huge puddle of mud. I did what I needed to do then arrived home about half an hour later, took a wash cloth with some water and all of the mud came directly off… not trace that I ever stepped in mud. I have also used this on my son’s baseball leather cleats and it helps with the dust, dirt and mud! 10/10 would recommend this product.

It worked and waterproofed my boots but leaked everywhere. Not sure if I received a bad bottle but needed to use it because we were going to the mountains that weekend and it was wet.

I used it on 3 pairs of uggs with some left for touch ups
