I find this thing works fairly well, not as well as I had hoped. My biggest issue is getting it turned on and off. I find I have to take it off my wrist to get it to work. The indicator light is so small that you really have to watch for it to light up. The best way for me to know it's on, is to "listen" to it. Is does "buzz" when it's on. Not really sure I would buy this again...maybe will update this when I get to use it more.

I bought two of these bracelets, one for my arm and one for my ankle. I live in Texas where mosquitoes are terrible and the bracelet seems to repel a majority of the mosquitoes, however I am still bit by some, even on the high setting. A large one even landed on my arm that I had the bracelet on unaffected by the sound and tried to bite me. I had to swat it away. I still find a few mosquito bites on my arms and legs, but not as many as I normally would without the bracelets. Overall, they aren’t completely effective in preventing mosquito bites, at least where I live.

I’ve only had it for a few days. At low level you don’t hear it much, especially outside. Inside you will hear a light signal sound. At high level you can hear it, again outside with surrounding sounds it’s not so noticeable. Indoors you notice it and it may bother you. But would I rather hear a mosquito in my ear or biting me? I chose the noise.

So I think it is working...I haven't had it long enough to really know. But the only thing about it is that sound....I find that some people hate hearing it. As well, as my friends dog did hear it when I turned it on

I wore mine for the first time on a long bike ride and noticed about 7 miles in that the wrist band had fallen off at some point. Searched for a while and eventually found it a mile or 2 back. I’m glad I found it since it was literally the first time I used it, but I’m not sure I’ll keep it.
