This Bluetooth adapter has become my favorite. It has excellent range and works perfectly. The setup process was quite simple and easy; I just plugged the device into a USB port on my PC, and as soon as it was detected, I was able to start using it. It works like a charm—the connection is great. I loved it; I'm absolutely loving it!

I've had this in use for a while now, and it works wonderfully with my PC. I use a PS5 controller for gaming, and originally had a cheapo ASUS dongle which would cause my controller to lock up at random, forcing me to unpair the device and often times have to go as far as unplug/plug back in the dongle for any BT devices to work. Since replacing it with this, I have had literally zero issues. Sound is good when I have my headset connected, and I haven't noticed any latency with connected devices. I live in a small apartment, so I haven't been able to test the connectivity range much, but I haven't gotten any stuttering when walking around my apartment with my headset on, which I'm really enjoying.

This product does exactly what it advertises to do. It’s easy to install. The instructions were straightforward, used pictures, as well as written instructions and we’re easy to follow. I did notice that my computer pictures weren’t exactly like the pictures shown in the instructions, but that’s just a matter of how the computer is set up. I noticed a huge difference in solid connections and the distance that my Bluetooth range became. I doubt I’ll ever have another computer where I have Bluetooth on the motherboard.

I bought this Bluetooth adapter specifically to solve one annoying problem: my Windows 11 PC constantly lost connection to my headset and peripherals. This adapter instantly fixed that. The connection is now stable, consistent, and doesn’t cut out. So in terms of reliability, mission accomplished. Installation was as simple as it gets. I disabled my onboard Bluetooth, plugged this device in, and Windows downloaded and installed the correct drivers automatically. No software to chase down, no manual setup, no trial-and-error. It just worked. Where it didn’t meet expectations is range. Even with the external antenna, the usable distance seems about the same as my built-in Bluetooth (~ 20ft). I’m aware that interference and building materials can play a role, but I expected noticeably more range when upgrading to a device advertised with extended capability, especially with a dedicated antenna. Still, that wasn’t the main reason I purchased it. I needed stability, not distance, and for that purpose, this adapter performs exactly as hoped. Overall, a reliable and painless upgrade. 4/5 stars.

Il prodotto è arrivato in anticipo rispetto alla data fissata. Inizialmente, l'unità dvd del mio pc non riusciva a leggere il mini cd fornito dal produttore e purtroppo i driver forniti da windows 10, come dichiarato nelle descrizioni, non funzionano. Ho provato a cercare i driver sul web ma senza successo; comunque prima di attivare il "reso" ho scritto alla TechKey per richiedere un link da cui scaricare i driver necessari all'installazione. Con mia sorpresa, l' Azienda ha risposto alle 5,16 di questa mattina fornendomi quanto richiesto. A questo punto l'installazione è stata facilissima ed il prodotto ha immediatamente riconosciuto le mie cuffiette bluetooth e funziona perfettamente. Sono convinto che le 5 stelle del giudizio siano state ampiamente meritate.

Ich habe mir den Adapter gekauft, um meine neue Tastatur über Bluetooth zu benutzen. Die Installationsschritte sind gut beschrieben und die Installation funktionierte (auch auf meinem älteren PC mit Windows 8) tadellos. Mittlerweile ist nicht nur eine kleine CD mit dem Treiber, sondern auch ein hochwertiger kleiner USB-Stick, auf dem die Installationsdateien sind, dabei. Somit stellt die Installation auch ohne CD-Laufwerk kein Problem dar. Die Bluetooth Verbindung ist stabil und ich konnte keinerlei Verzögerungen oder Ähnliches feststellen. Da ich das Produkt erst seit kurzer Zeit verwende, kann ich keine Aussagen zur Haltbarkeit/Langlebigkeit treffen.

I was having issues with the built-in Bluetooth on my gaming desktop. When using my Sennheiser HD 450 BT the audio was choppy and sometimes it wouldn't connect at all. I bought this after reading the other positive reviews. The package came with the dongle and another device labeled as 'BT5.0-Driver'. There was also a CD for installing the drivers. Setting up the dongle was super-simple! I just plugged it in and it automatically installed the necessary drivers. The difference between this and the built-in Bluetooth is like day and night - this is clear, crisp, and works every time!
