I purchased this because I sit all day at my job and need to stand up and move more for my health.This unit is heavy, which makes it very sturdy. The only reason I gave sturdiness 4 stars is because when standing, there is some minor shaking of the monitor while typing. It's not completely solid like the desk is. In the lower position, the right side of the keyboard tray does not go all the way down. This probably contributes to the slight shake in the lower position. However, it's not a deal breaker at all.It's adjustable to my height. I don't have to put it all the way up if I don't want to. It's easy to put up and down, so there's no excuse for me not to use it.The depth of the unit is a little large for my small desk. The keyboard tray sticks out about two inches. Because of this, I put the little rubber feet on the back of the tray instead of the front. The width is perfect, giving me plenty of work space and room on the desk for accessories that don't need to be raised up.

I love it. Easy to lift to standing position. Looks great.

As the title states, I got white instead of wood tone... but the product works well with my 2 big monitors! I can easily lift. It's pretty sturdy for the price.

I work from home fulltime and this stand up desk is nice. Was easy to assemble. The height adjustments are easy to use and adjusts to the right height for me. I feel it isn't as sturdy as my previous one. The keyboard shelf feels wobbly and I definitely wouldn't put any weight on it other than keyboard and mouse. Good for the price but wished I would have spent a little more for a more steady desk.

I am so happy I finally purchased!! No more sitting all day long! There is plenty of room, (fits both screens) heavy duty, easy set up, easy adjustment from sitting to standing and vice versa! And I can adjust to whatever height I want! Wish it had a drawer for pens and paper clips..

I bought this for my desk at work to go with a walking pad I got. Besides being the perfect size for my needs, I love the side lever thingy that allows it to be easily and smoothly raised and lowered. I did the homework for you, people - quick reading endless reviews and order this one!

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy. Great quality material. Easy to install. I purchased this to pair with a walking pad I have. Heavy to carry in box (need 2 people safely), but I was able to carry it in my house and into my office as a women that regularly lifts weights and weighs 150lbs. HIGHLY recommend this purchase!
