RENPHO Smart Body Fat Scales, Extra-High Capacity 35st, Multi-User, 12x12in

I bought this RENPHO weighing scale in 2021, and I'm still using it today. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it! It's accurate, easy to use, and syncs seamlessly with the phone app, making it easy to track my weight and progress over time. Seeing my results in the app has been a great motivation to keep working towards my weight loss goals! The build quality is excellent, and the scale still works as well as it did when I first bought it. Overall, it's a reliable, durable, and great-value product.

I bought this scale after a few hours of research and comparison with 200 pound big brand scales doing exactly the same things and it was the best decision I made this year (right after quitting my job)! It's been my faithful friend and by 'friend' I mean it's never sugar-coated my weight which was fueled the fact that stress has made me into a cookie monster and cookies turn into fat (they don't tell you that in Sesame Street).Anyway, I turned to Renpho, installed the app and turned on some Killian Michaels replacing cookies with gallons of water and air (breathing to relieve stress) and I started winning by losing! Renpho really keeps me motivated and I can forgive the fact that it talks to my FitBit behind my back.Unfortunately, due to a long period of my weighting avoidance (aka holidays) the batteries started leaking and damaged the scale. I could still use it but it wouldn't tell me all those fancy secrets about fat percentage in my body. So I wrote Energia Team asking for advice. Turns out their advice was 'Here, this is a brand new scale for you, don't mention it' which made me very happy and I definitely felt understood and listened to (unlike in my previous job).I absolutely adore my Renpho scale. It does what it says in the description and keeps me happy (like my new job). Highly recommended!

So far so good! Decided to kickstart a healthier lifestyle again after losing 140lbs a few years ago and needing a kick up the bum again. This scale is fabulous! It seems accurate, I've only weighed in once so far but it's the same number when I've stepped on it multiple times in various places around my house. The design is great, looks sleek and isn't really heavy like other scales I've had previously. The app is so much fun to look through, it tells you everything and it will be mean lol. If you need a scale that will tell you how it is to the best of its ability, get it! I'd recommend downloading the app when you get the scale as it'll ask you how much you weigh, so once you actually weigh yourself, you'll have to change that in settings anyway so it's just easier in my opinion to wait til you know your number first. Set up is quick and super easy. Highly recommend this so far!

First off I really love the way this looks. Sleek and elegant it fits nicely into my bathroom and takes up very little space. Its not a particularly large set of scales, I have size 10 (UK) feet and they fit neatly on the scales, however if you had maybe 12 and above it may feel a bit small although I doubt this would affect the accuracy of the information given.I find the app easy to use and the scales easy to pair with my phone Galaxy S6 so that's a plus point, and the scales work nice and simply. You step on barefoot, preferably in your birthday suit (google that if you haven't heard of the term) as it is able to perceive small changes of weight, stand still for 10 seconds or so and then it records your weight and all the other data. If you have downloaded the app then make sure your bluetooth is switched on and when you go into the app it will automatically pick up the data ad record it for you. I am the only user so I can't comment at how well it automatically ascertains who is who when it measures their weight as you can set up multiple profiles on the app.I've had these scales for about a week and I use them on a hard surface i.e. my bathroom floor tiles or laminate flooring in my room to get accurate readings. I can't comment how they work on a carpeted floor but unless you willing want to get inaccurate results your scales should be used on a non padded surface anyway .The main reason why I have given this 4 and not 5 stars is that I am certain that the additional data compiled such as body fat percentage is inherently wrong and not by a small margin. I am 5ft 10, male, and weigh roughly 13 stone 6 pounds. I have a good amount of muscle and a lower than average level of body fat between 12 to 17%. Which is why its disappointing to be told I am hovering at just over 27% which just isn't the case. The FAQ is honest enough in briefly highlighting the discrepancies in the various methods used to calculate body fat percentage however, I am a little disappointed that its so far out. For a a visual reference type in body fat examples into your search engine and look at the difference between 10-15, 15-20 and then what 27% is. Its a noticeable difference.I have a feeling that a lot of the other readings are inaccurate as a result but seeing as they are not important to me it doesn't particularly bother me and despite that I do actually really like these as an affordable set of digital scales, and would recommend them even with some of the discrepancies experienced unless you want complete accuracy then you may need to go for a different set of scales. Although the absolute numbers may not be reliable, other than the weight of course, the change in those numbers over time can still be a useful measurement for tracking progress which is what I use it for.

I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

Works really well and the app is decent too simple to connect to Google fit etc,i have size 11 feet and can comfortably stand on them, they are consistent and pretty accurate, highly recommended, only downside is they attract dust quite a bit but 5*

A great option for anyone trying to keep an eye on fitness or weight changes over time.

Really impressed with these scales especially for the price. I've not used bioimpedance scales before and can't comment on the accuracy but they're easy to use (you have to keep the app open and click measure when you're on the scales for the full body composition stuff). You get a wealth of information in the app about your measurements. It comes with batteries and I easy to set up. Would recommend.

The value for money is second to none. Looks great, functions perfectly, no issues with the app or connection. Easy to set up and use and simply works every time. Great product
