After taking two Stamina capsules daily for a while (just got my second bottle), I've noticed I do have more energy and don't get worn out/tired as quickly when working around the house. I just joined a gym so will so how I do there. One thing I wanted to point out is that these capsules have been completely changed. The bottle didn't come in a box (which I thought was a bit of a waste anyway), I think the capsules are slightly larger, and they're now blue. It was a bit of a surprise for me.

I ordered the product and received it the next day via Amazon. So I like that I received the product as fast as I did. I appreciate that the product is made in the USA.Being almost 50 years old I am always looking at these types of products to help me feel younger and maintain my stamina for work, working out, and other things. However with this product, I only notice minimal difference when working out and not much else when taking the product 30 minutes before physical activity per the instructions. Perhaps others will notice a bigger difference in taking the product, but I didn't see enough for my liking. Thankfully I did not notice anything negative with taking the product.
