Good Quality, But Overpriced
I recently purchased the Delta RP46870BL Other Shower Arm in Black, and while it performs well and looks great, I do feel that it's a bit overpriced for what it is. Excellent Build Quality: The build quality of this shower arm is impressive. It feels solid and durable, and I have no doubt that it will last for many years. The black finish is sleek and modern, adding a nice touch to my bathroom decor. Easy Installation: Installation was straightforward and hassle-free. The shower arm fit perfectly with my existing setup, and I had it installed in just a few minutes without any special tools. Stylish Design: The design of this shower arm is very stylish. The matte black finish looks elegant and complements my bathroom fixtures beautifully. It definitely adds a touch of sophistication to my shower. Functionality: In terms of functionality, this shower arm works perfectly. It holds the showerhead securely and provides a good range of motion. NOT DELTA
I ordered a second shower arm on Amazon because it was more expensive through Ferguson, and now I know why, it’s NOT Delta! The all black one on the left is Delta, the right one is not. They are not even the same dimensions, length is correct but the arm curve is not. It looks cheaply spray painted, the sheen is not the same, nor was there any packaging or otherwise that said Delta on it. I just so happened to order one recently or I may not have noticed it…that is, until the paint starts chipping off….This is unacceptable.

Could not get it to not leak at the showerhead
Taped and threaded it on 4 times before giving up. Maybe some paste could have prevented the leak. Bought some no name shower arm (same delta showerhead) and it doesn't leak at all on first attempt. Think the threads were off on the delta.
