Pay attention to the size of plate you need a hanger for. I saw several reviews that's said it was very small. It specifically states this will not fit larger/standard size plates. We had an approx 6" plate we wanted to hang and this was perfect. The vertical springs allow for stretching to achieve a nice, snug fit. It's a very sturdy, almost invisible wall hanger. Great price too!

Works great!

Even with these dimensions these plate hangers seemed a bit small to frame a fancy plate I recently purchased. I was eventually successful, but this was after some concern I had that I would somehow chip or break this plate.

Our granddaughters made us special plates with their handprints. They are very special. These hangers were easy to hang and they hold our special plates secure and perfect.

Great plate hangers. Easy to bend/adjust angle as needed. There are clear plastic tubing covers where the metal grips the plates - doesn't scratch the plate or risk chipping the edges. They come in different sizes which means that the hangers actually fit around the back of the plate better. I use these for plates, plaques, awards, ceramics, everything.

According to the item description, this hanger should fit plates 5-7" in diameter. I ordered this to hang a 5.5" diameter saucer, and it was too loose. It was a relatively easy fix, though-- I slipped one end of each spring free, cut off about a centimeter of spring, and bent up new attachment loops with my needle-nose pliers-- and the hanger material is decent quality, so it wasn't a total waste of time and money.

This worked fine for my small plate. It required some bending to allow the holder to hang on the hanger and have the plate more flush against the wall. Some reviewers thought the hook and nail were flimsy, but I used them because the gold tone looks nice, and my plate is so small that you can see the nail. They worked OK for me.

if you are a wall plate collector like the one my wife is, then this is just the piece of equipment for you to display the wealth collected. It has small plastic/silicon sleeves to prevent any metal to glass contact and prevent damage. it ships a little slow but it gets to you for sure. If you need one go for it there is nothing better out there.
