I've been taking probiotics off & on over several years now & haven't noticed much of a difference between when I do & don't take it. I recently read that prebiotics are needed for probiotics to be the most effective so I was excited to see this pre & probiotic blend. It's convenient since it doesn't have to be refrigerated like live probiotics do. It came in an aluminum bottle & needs to be kept away from light. The capsules are average size & easy to swallow with no bad taste. I notice less gas & bloating when I take this before I eat lots of green vegetables like broccoli & cabbage. I haven't experience any side effects like stomach upset. The suggested serving is 2 capsules a day so this bottle will last 30 days. The expiration day is about 2 years from today. Probiotics can be expensive so I would say $23.99 is an average price.

I've taken several different brands of probiotics and they have worked well for me. However, these seem to be better for my overall gut health. My tummy issues do feel a lot better. I'm on my third bottle and I just signed up for auto-delivery. I'm glad I tried these.

Great for my digestive system.

Digestive issues run in my family and I was having this strange rumbling feeling in my stomach that was very odd (hard to describe but it’s like your stomach is shaking inside your body). About a year ago, I started on Probiotics to see if that would help the issue. And thankfully, it did. But the Probiotics I bought had a lot of sugar coating on them and being Diabetic, this would not do for a long-term solution.These Probiotics work just as well as over the counter ones from a local grocery store brand but also include Prebiotics. Instructions say to take 1 per day with food (and raise up to 2 per day after 2 weeks) and at 20 capsules for $13.99 this is an expensive 20-day supply.The capsules are small and not difficult to swallow. There is no taste, odor or anything negative to report. This includes any stomach irritation or upset. The supplements do not say how many CFU’s are in them, which I found strange as all other Probiotics use this method of measure.As for the ingredients, the capsules have no hormones, gluten, soy, GMO and is vegan. It is also sugar free which is great for us Diabetics.Overall, I found this to be a good capsule for overall health but because of its cost compared to other brands that provide the same results, it’s not something I can recommend.
