I vacillated between the blue and the white. Got the blue, but may now have to go back for the white! This is so cute. I’d seen this on a “design” site, but never expected to find it for sale AND for an affordable price! Okay, too many exclamation points, but I’m really impressed. I had expected some negatives, like hard or impossible to drink from: no, just pick a corner. Hard to clean: no, well made porcelain gets tea out easily. Not holding enough: no, holds slightly less than my largest mug. This set is particularly nice if you take milk and/or sugar with your tea or coffee since you have the matching tray and spoon. If you go for cute and are attracted to this little set, I’d tell you to go for it. Heed the warning - no microwave or dishwasher, but if you’re okay with that, this set is a delight, all the way around.

Overall, this is really pretty and unusual and would make a great gift. It looks beautiful just sitting on the counter next to the coffee maker.It WOULD have been giftable (others may not have had this experience, I don't know) except that it was sent with the shipping label right on the actual product box. It couldn't be removed without tearing the box. I feel fortunate that the mug wasn't broken when it arrived because it literally was sent as is, in it's box-no shipping box. You could see exactly what it was and you could touch the bubble wrap through the opening on the box. I took off a star for that.The other issue I have with this mug is that the bottom rim of it is not solidly painted with gold. I showed this in the last pic. Normally, I wouldn't comment on that, but, because you can see it when the mug is on it's side (when it is in "purse" mode rather than being used as a cup) I think it detracts from the overall design. If you can see a detail, it should be perfect. This flaw makes the overall piece seem a little cheap, which is really unfortunate because it is, otherwise, adorable and elegant at the same time. Fix those 2 issues, and you have a 5 star item.

This is a great gift idea for the fashionista that loves designer bags. The look and feel of a handbag on a saucer display that you can dress up your open concept kitchen with. Love that it comes with it's own golden spoon to lap up your latte in luxury! The handle of the bag becomes the handle to help sip up your soothing drink. The straighter lines do take some getting used to when you normally have a more rounded edge to embrace while enjoying your beverages. My choice was classic white, but you can also choose from a bodacious black, baby boy blue, or princess pink...either would liven up your dining décor!

I got this for my wife who is an avid coffee and tea drinker, and she is very impressed by it. There was no damage on the saucer or the mug from shipping despite being made of ceramic. It looks pretty realistic which adds to the overall aesthetic.

This was a birthday treat to myself, looks absolutely stunningI ended up getting one for my stepdaughter.Definitely worth buying, and not a bad price either.
