Super reliable 10/10 I love this fan
I’m honestly impressed with this Gaiatop USB Desk Fan—it’s small but surprisingly powerful. The 3-speed settings are perfect depending on what you need. On low, it’s super quiet and great for working or sleeping without any distraction. Medium gives a nice steady breeze, and high really moves air way better than I expected for a compact fan. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up much space, which makes it perfect for a desk, nightstand, or even taking on the go. I also love that it’s USB-powered, so I can plug it into my laptop, power bank, or wall adapter very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is how sturdy it feels. It doesn’t wobble or feel cheap, and the adjustable angle makes it easy to direct airflow exactly where I want it. Overall, this fan is a great value for the price. If you’re looking for something quiet, portable, and effective, this is definitely worth it. I’d 100% recommend it!

Small and effective for great price
This is great for the price. Small footprint (think large desktop-sized). Puts out some air. Makes a subtle noise if you like to sleep with fan noise like we do. It has been a great addition for travel.

Terrific Airflow
I was very skeptical because I had a preference for metal fans as they seem to provide better air flow. This is truly a powerful fan to be so small and plastic. I have hotflashes at night and this does the trick. Level 2 and 3 are much louder but I haven't needed to use these levels yet. On level one, it is a quiet white noise that is just enough for a breeze over most of my body. I like the adjustable base which helps me to target the flow. This is compact and great for travel.

Fantastic Fan!
I need a fan when I travel or I just won't sleep. Bought this fan because of the reviews, its price and its availability. I must say that I'm very impressed. It's a light weight, plastic fan but it appears solidly built. I used it every night on a 4 night trip in Oct 2025 and it worked fantastic every night. It pushes a good amount of air, never seemed to get hot or overtaxed and the USB worked whether I used an adapter or plugged it directly into a slot. It has a constant fan sound (which I need) that is similar to a computer fan especially on the highest setting which is all I used. I would recommend this fan to anyone who needs one for travel. For me, so far, it's a 10 out of 10 for price & functionality.

Cute but cheap.
I've bought several of these over the past couple years and have had varying success with them. They're not very consistent in quality. Despite what the description claims, this fan is quite loud, especially on high. Even on low the vibration is enough for it to jiggle out of place enough to be annoying (the grippy pads on the bottom help but not enough). That being said, the air flow is very strong and it's a cheap fan, so I would still give it four stars. It's small enough to fit on my home/work desk, my night stand, or bathroom counter. I do like the fact that you can take the front grate off and clean out lint and things that build up, so that's a plus. Overall good for the money.

CD/DVD Product Size, Small, Quiet, and Powerful
I wanted a small, quiet and powerful 3-speed small fan for my desk at a great price. This one checked all the boxes and exceeded my expectations. It ended up being much smaller than I expected, and the blades encasement is about the size of a DVD/CD, but what it lacks in size it makes up for with power and it taking up very little space on a desk. On its lowest setting, and about 3 ft away from the chair I sit on at my desk, it's a perfect amount of ongoing air for me, and no one on the phone can hear it, I've asked. On that same lowest setting, and pointing towards my bed, my face can still feel a very faint light breeze 8 ft away. Sometimes if I'm a little hotter, I'll use the second speed setting and I'm just fine with that. I don't really use the third and highest speed setting, because it's pretty loud to me, at that setting it's spins really fast and I guess that's what makes it loud. I'm very pleased with this, and I'm considering buying a second one

Little Fan + Big Flow
This little 5" fan takes up very little space on the desk or table, and each of the three speeds pushes a lot of air. There is a distinct difference to how each speed feels, and even on the lowest setting it blows a good amount of air. A little clicky button on the back turns it On to the lowest speed and cycles through mid, high, and then Off. It's whisper quiet at the lowest speed, and not very much louder on the mid and high speeds. Some might even find the white noise soothing. The base is sturdy too. There are 4 pads on the bottom of the base that grip a variety of surfaces very well. It's extremely secure from accidental nudges on smoother surfaces, but even on neoprene (mouspad) material it takes deliberate effort to slide it. The fan can be set to blow almost straight up, or down about 10 degrees. The hinges used to tilt the fan are ratcheted, so it kind of locks into 9 distinct positions from highest tilt to lowest. It will stay put in whichever position you set it. You'll need a "regular" USB type A port that can deliver power, so most phone chargers will be able to work, as will a USB port on a wall outlet or a PC/Laptop. The USB-A connector is hard-wired into the fan, so make sure the wires don't get chewed up by any pets, since you won't be able to use another cable. The cable is pretty long too. I forget exactly how long, but it should be long enough for most people. I'm sure they list that info somewhere in the item description. Since all fans are dust magnets, the makers of this fan were kind enough to make the front grill removable using just your hands. It's kind of like opening a jar except instead of screwing off, it uses slots and tabs that need to be lined up when putting the grill back on. Two small lines are molded onto the tops of the plastic fan shroud and the removable grill to mark where it needs to line up, letting you know it's attached securely. It stays attached very well, with zero rattling. It's a good quality fan, and I'm very pleased with it. The size is perfect for my cluttered desk, and it creates a nice breeze without being too noisy.
