Great customer service - when my first order was damaged during transit, I received a replacement promptly that was even a more beautiful than the damaged one. I purchased the 3-piece gift set for a coworker who is into Live Action Role Playing. The mug is a nice size for big hands, very attractive color and etched wolf design, nice workmanship. This is a very nice looking set but the opener is not well made. There was a smigion of glue on the top that connects to the bone and it came broken apart. Hade to gorilla glue the top back on and after injecting foam inside because it broke again after i glued it the first time. Its fine now that it actually has some support inside. Without it it just breaks off because the area that it holds it is very thin. Its a great set now but id expect to have to glue the opener back together. Love it otherwise. As to the maker of this beautiful set, id advise either making the wooden cork the opened is attached to more fot the shape of the horn or inject a cheap plastic or foam inside so it has something to hold onto.

I have ordered similar from other companies. And this one by far is been a better quality and it shipped to me in 2 days literally 48 hours and that was astounding.

The first one I purchased had a huge crack in it. I did get a replacement just had to clean it up myself by sanding and sealing.

This was a surprise birthday gift from my wife and children. Beautiful craftsmanship and authentic Viking look make this a wonderful gift idea for anyone interested in Norse history or mythology!

The media could not be loaded. Got these for my fiancée for his birthday a month and a half ago, and he refuses to drink out of anything else. Says the cup has a great ergonomic grip (not the handle itself), and of course makes him feel like a boss while watching GoT haha. I would show the bottle opener, but our dog thought it was an antler chew 😂

The media could not be loaded. Lots of scratches poor quality appears to be beaten around before sending it out. It looks like the sellers tried to use black sharpie to fix some of the scratches. The rim is all busted up and chipped up. Just looks like garbage . Save your money go somewhere else
