I got this book as a “warehouse deal “ with damage on the cover and pages . I took a gamble and I am happy I did ! Damage , what damage ??? I checked with a magnifier my flawless book ! No shrink wrap got me £10 discount . The book itself is stunning , a worthy addition to my collection of Game of Thrones Art , Costumes and Photography . A real must for any fan of “House of the Dragon “tv show .A piece of art ,printed on heavyweight paper . As time goes on the price will go down, but it is worth the current price of about £ 40. Pictures are stunning and a well written text about the making of the show . I could not be happier with my purchase.

I have the ‘Making of’ books they released for Game of Thrones and enjoyed them so was looking foreword to seeing what this book included. The actual book itself and contents did surprise me with its quality and format, I did not expect it to be as long as it was.There are some great behind the scenes photos of the cast, costumes, sets and props included which is wonderful to look as a huge fan of the series, and someone who loves the visuals and aesthetics of the world too. This book really highlights that.However, there are times when the author spends a bit too much time recapping the events of an episode, which takes up space that could have been used for more in-depth interviews or facts on the world building and other important parts of the series, like Aegon’s ‘Song of Ice and Fire’. I don’t think causal fans would buy this book, and big fans wouldn’t really need the episodes recapped for them throughout the book, but there is still plenty to read about behind the scenes.
