My dog likes these & crumble into food well.

My senior pup was recently diagnosed with kidney disease so I have been researching food and supplements that are way more affordable than prescription stuff my vet insists I buy from them. Way too expensive from my vet and will not give approval for me to purchase elsewhere. So, I had to do research and find alternatives.My pup is a hard one to please, especially with any type of supplements. However, he absolutely loves these and eats them as treats. I was worried that he would not eat them because I have tried all kinds of supplements for his arthritis to no avail. He will not eat any of them so instead I give them to my other pup who is not picky.As for the FORZA10 supplements he gobbles them up like they are treats and has absolutely no effect on his poop. I know I said this already but it is hard to get him to take anything if he refuses. I did read the reviews but dogs are like people. Not all animals will eat the same thing, some are pickier than others. If he would not eat it my other pup who does not have kidney disease will. She sits and waits hoping to get some of these but unless she gets a diagnosis for k/d she is out of luck.Best advice is know your dog and also know that just because they may not eat it does not mean the supplements are bad just that your pup won't eat them. Kidney disease causes bad breath so please consider that as well when reviewing.I recommend giving these a try and the only downside is they are not returnable.

My dog scarfs them down!

The reviews were positive, the ingriedients were fantastic...unfortunately, NONE of our 3 dogs will even eat the chew. For my oldest dog, (the one who really needs the renal aid) who is a 13yr old Min. Poodle, the ONLY way she will eat the treat, is if I break them in half them wrap them in a peanut butter flavored pill wrapper. That is the ONLY reason I gave the product 3 stars. I'll re-evaluate in 30 days, and see if there has been any noticable change in our dogs

I lost three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels over the Summer. They were all in their mid-teens and like many Cavs they had MVD. Unbeknownst to me, the heart medication my Cavs were on took a toll on their kidneys. It was only after losing the first Cav that I was told heart medication could lead to kidney failure and vice versa, kidney medication can lead to heart failure.I started giving these chews to my remaining Cavs right away. They both loved the flavor and looked forward to their treats every night. My male Cav was diagnosed with stage three kidney disease which there is no medication to treat just keep them drinking plenty of water, reduce their protein intake and cherish every day you have with them.I believe these supplements helped my dog live longer. Hobson stayed quite active up to the end, his appetite was fantastic and it wasn't until his last two days that he started feeling poorly. I recommend these chews to anyone with a dog diagnosed with kidney issues and even to anyone with a breed of dog prone to kidney issues.

The tiny amount and waiting two weeks to receive it. I was suppose to get it for 0 balance for unconvinced but was charged full amount

I have two dogs and they need medications from time to time. In the past, I purchased the pill pockets. I never liked those because they were too large. Then if you try to make them smaller they would just crumble and fall apart. Then I found this product. It's like a thick paste. Just scoop out the amount you need, insert the pill, roll into a little ball and that's it!! I am very happy with this product.

Since our dog has kidney issues, we stopped giving her any regular doggie treats. While these are rather expensive, she seems to really like them and they are supposed to be good for her. I would buy theses again
