I've order this product 4 times, the last order had brown capsules instead of white and a "Proprietary Blend" instead of pure Tudca. Check the updated product pictures vs the customer reviews. They are now bottled as Tudca+ instead of just Tudca and contains Milk Thistle as the primary ingredient yet still lists itself as no-filler. Won't be buying from Thomas' all-natural bait-and-switches again.

I had pondered why Tudca was in popular use and if you search for the benefits you get to see alot of information that doesn't directly take you to the actual information you need: It helps with obesity and detoxifies the liver. I only take one every other day as our body doesn't produce that much we pretty much gather the Tudca from other sources. I haven't taken enough to see the belly pouch shed it's fat but I can vouch that there is more bowel movement that is not similar with the usual standard day to day.
