Cabin MaxEasyjet Cabin bag 45x36x20 Underseat Backpack for Travelling (Metz 30L Carry On Luggage)

I originally bought the Cabin Max Tromso which is an excellent, well made and well padded bag but I felt was a bit long on my back (I'm 6ft4), and the clothes compartment was not as deep as I expected due to a laptop compartment behind it with super thick padding. This bag - amazing value at less than £20 - gives me exactly what I need: a lightweight bag, stealth design (in the black), well within airline carry-on requirements and yet with really decent capacity. No laptop compartment here, but your laptop will be fine if you have a protective sleeve. Deep main compartment fits clothes for three days easily with a spare pair of shoes alongside. Compression straps help hold everything in place and give the bag a slimmer profile when not 100% full. Suitcase style opening for packing purposes is genius. The organiser pocket is spot on too - fits iPad, pens, chargers, toiletries. And the quick access front pocket is perfect for keys, reading glasses, sunnies or a whole bunch of stuff you want quick access to. So far, I've only taken it on three trips so I can't speak for its durability yet. Those were all domestic weekends away. International debut for this bag will be in two weeks' time, heading for three nights in Copenhagen. Fingers crossed it will deliver again and continue to do so for quite some time - no reason to think otherwise. It's a practical, functional bag, not the most luxe you'll ever own sure, but it is a nice, low profile design and if it takes the beating I hope it will, it will earn its place in the pantheon of GBOATs (greatest bags of all time). Perfect to carry on one or two shoulders and comfortable with good weight distribution. If there was one thing I'd change - and this is being really picky - I'd make the padding run further down the shoulder straps so that however you carry it, you feel the padding not the strap. But...THIS IS A £20 BAG PEOPLE! Cabin Max are leading the way in smart, well made travel backpacks. Kudos. UPDATE: Copenhagen trip went off without a hitch. Absolute Tardis of a bag, clever dimensions - main compartment fitted Timberland boots (adult size 12), 2 pairs of jeans, two polo shirts, two jumpers, two shirts, one blazer, a wash bag and pack-a-mac. The usual sundries came along in the front two compartments - iPad, pens, a variety of leads, plugs and international adapters, sunglasses, reading glasses etc. Zips in particular are smooth and robust, so is the bag material, and it also proved rain-proof in the wet Danish weather. It is now my go to travel bag and I'm confident it would see you through five days away if you pack smart. Can't recommend this bag highly enough - fantastic value!

Bought it for a flight to a stag do and didn’t want to pay for hand luggage etc. Great bag, well made and easy to carry. Got plenty in it for a weekend away and it fit on board no problem. Flight was with easyJet if that helps.

My family and I bought one of these backpacks each for our holiday to Spain. It fits in the overhead storage and under seats but also holds a lot, making it the perfect carry-on bag.There are so many different compartments and pockets, which makes it really handy for keeping things separate and finding things easily.I love the pattern of this backpack and it's very sturdy, it feels like it's well-made. I don't worry about how much I pack in it or how heavy it gets.The straps are quite comfortable, so even if you are carrying it on your back with a lot inside, it doesn't cause pain, plus it has a cushion on the part that sits on your lower back.The only downside I find is the main compartment can be a bit clumsy if you open the zips just a bit too far. It's easy for the whole bag to come open and things to fall out.Overall, this is a really great backpack. Perfect for taking on holiday or day trips etc. and very well priced.

Managed to cram a weeks worth of clothes into this bag for a trip to Spain. No problems with EasyJet. And it was still comfortable to carry.Plus the green also looks the part.Great investment for future trips.

Great bag. As per the advertisement. Could fit loads inside and had no issues taking on in hand luggage with Easyjet. I got the dark navy bag with black bottom and it looks fantastic. Only used for one trip so far but build quality seems really good.

Great bag, you can fit a lot in it (more than the EasyJet sized Memphis). It has decent straps and a couple of compartments, but I would say it's lacking things like a secure compartment for your passport like the Memphis has.Still, this is a great bag that I would recommend.

Great hand luggage. The main compartment has plenty of room and has zip closure and clip adjusters to keep everything securely in place. There is a pocket on the front which is handy for any small essentials, which need to be easily accessed. Bought for my son and ge loves the colour and fit, which can be adjusted, via the back strap.

The bag is great, large space and great pocket designs. Seems hard wearing and love the choice of colours. However I bought it specifically to use on board EasyJet as a small cabin bag as it matches the dimensions. However when the bag is filled it is too big. I got stopped when boarding the plane, the bag wouldn’t fit in the sizer and I was told I’d have to pay for it to go in the hold. I feel this should be made clear in the description, that if you wish to use this as a cabin bag, you cannot fill it.Won’t risk using it again.

Don't know how they do it exactly but this here bag seems to hold more for its stated dimensions than other bags with the same stated dimensions. AND it's really lightweight. AND it's affordable. IMHO, give it a try before spending more than twice as much on name brands that are heavier and don't carry quite as much.

We used these bags to fly EasyJet all over Europe as our carry on bags, and we were never once asked to measure our bag! It fits a lot of clothing and shoes, had multiple pockets for stashing our items. I would absolutely recommend.

This was exactly what I needed and arrived one day early. Very roomy. I didn't fill it all the way thinking it might not fit under the seat in one of the small United Express airplanes, but as the photo shows, I could have packed a lot more in it. The straps on the side are great for adjusting depending on how full the backpack is. I'm short (4'11") and have back and neck issues and wasn't sure if the backpack would be comfortable to carry, but it worked great. I packed a rather heavy camera on top of toiletries and clothes for a three-day trip. The front pockets worked well for phone charger, wallet, medication, and other items you need handy, even a water bottle. My only "complaint" about this backpack, is it doesn't have a mesh pocket on the side for the water bottle, but that's a small detail. Overall, I'm happy with it and looks sturdy enough to last.

Good storage space for Under seat carry on.
