great coverage
Super soft and absorbent, compare to other diapers, it might run a big on the size but not a huge issue to me at least, the price point is reasonable.

Typical Commodity Diaper, Similar to Store Brands
The media could not be loaded. 🔵 Fit:Determining the right size often comes down to where the tapes land when it's snugly fastened. These diapers adhere to the standard sizing, offering a good fit.🔵 Soft:They are comfortably soft all around, making it easy to wear without feeling like you're sitting on a bulge. That is an advantage of lower capacity diapers that cannot be ignored.🔵 Stretch:These diapers perform well in terms of stretch. Readjusting the tapes after a bit of wear is worth the effort to prevent leaks.🔵 Capacity:The maximum capacity is likely around 24 ounces, but there's an important consideration, as you may notice during my unofficial testing (SEE VIDEO). In real-life scenarios, liquid tends to emerge in one area of the diaper. How much a diaper can hold without leaking, either spilling out or squishing out, can vary due to several factors. I believe these diapers can comfortably handle around 16 ounces of wetting from an average person but not much more. Two complete wettings may be a reach too far.🔵 Leak Guards:Surprisingly, these diapers feature relatively high leak guards for a disposable with moderate capacity. I measured them to be approximately one and a quarter inches (1-1/4")🔵 Tapes:The tapes are a combination of sticky back and Velcro. While they might seem slightly underwhelming at first, my confidence in them grew after repositioning them a few times. They could be larger, but they likely match the capacity of this diaper adequately.🔵 Overall:In my somewhat unscientific saturation study (check out the video), a maximum usable capacity of 24 ounces (~700ml) seems reasonable. I've read an article suggesting that "normal" adult urination is about 16 ounces (~475ml), but of course, this can vary but it's probably a realistic average for XL users. I believe these diapers were primarily designed for individuals with moderate incontinence who understand that they can handle only a single wetting per use, perhaps two if they are minimal. The diaper isn't intended for all-night use in my opinion, but if you're in a healthcare setting with a caregiver available to change the person every four hours, as recommended by many medical experts, it's worth trying a bag to see if they suit your needs.🔵 Cost:At over $1.50 each ($18.51 for 12-pack) as of the writing of this review (10/2023) the price is pretty steep. That's flirting with premium diaper costs and double the cost of some comparable name brands in the same category. They come all the way from Turkey so I'm sure that's a contributing factor and if this is your favorite brand, here it is. They are quite comfortable, and if you need diapers and you got a preference for Sleepy, Amazon is probably they most convenient place to buy them in America.

Super comfy but needs improvement
To start this review, these diapers have to be hands down some of the lightest and softest adult diapers out there. These are amazingly quiet and slim that they would make a dialy driver for daytime needs. I have sever incontinence so full voids tend to happen at the most inconvenient times during the day since my body thinks it's funny to give me a 10 second window from the time it wants to go to sorry too late. That being said discreetness during a workday is key. These while being the most light, soft and comfy adult diaper to date imo, do not hold very much and do require a booster to be a decent day time diaper for those that work in a busy office. At that point, even for being super cheap per bag, adding a booster of decent absorbency removes that savings. If they were to double or triple the core of thise diaper, it would not only make a great discreet daytime diaper but a good light night-time diaper for those that don't need something hotter or thicker on a summer night.Another major con was the fact that the advertising made it seem that this was the first manufacturer to figure out how to make the baby diaper design work on an adult. Most want that style design, if this company is able to figure that out, they will probably win a lot of customers very quickly, especially with this amazingly soft material. To summarize, if they double or triple the capacity, add a better taping system and can make these resemble a baby diaper in terms of design, not print but design, they'll have one of the best imo adult diaper on the market.

Great Absorbency and soft materials, but runs a little big
This diapers has great absorbency, and the material is so soft that I think it's better than other OTC adult diapers. It could be just me, but I think the size run a little bigger than the big brands, but one the positive side, it does over a bigger coverage.Price is also cheaper than the big brands that's sold at pharmacy stores.Worth the try.

works well
The diapers neutralize and control odors, providing a sense of freshness. The wetness indicator takes the guesswork out of when to change the diaper, providing a clear signal when it's time for a new one. This feature is not only practical but also contributes to the overall convenience of using them. The adjustable and comfortable fit is another highlight.

Works well
These worked well for my husband when he was dealing with kidney stones and frequent trips to the bathroom during the night. He said they were soft and pretty absorbent. Would recommend!

Ok, but baggy
I don't have a problem with urine incontinence, but with occasional bowel incontinence. I tried a few of these, and did not have any accidents while wearing them, so I can't speak to absorbency. These fit me perfectly around my waist, but were so baggy in the crotch area. It stayed tight around my legs, but hung down really bad. The bagginess would make them shift a lot, and I did not feel very secure in them. It was better when I put a large pair of underwear over them, that kept them in place better. The double connecting tabs on both sides help secure the diaper, but I found that some, not all, unhooked while I was sleeping. Overall, these can work pretty good if you wear something over them, but the bagginess makes them a no for me.

works well
The design is not only secure but also versatile enough to accommodate a range of body shapes. The Velcro waistband ensures a perfect fit, and the flexible ears allow airflow, keeping the area fresh for extended periods. The side tapes are a thoughtful touch, allowing for easy adjustments to achieve that perfect fit every time. It is designed to quickly absorb moisture, keeping the skin clean and dry. The gel core locks away fluid.
