TheraICE Ankle Ice Pack Wrap, Achilles Tendonitis Brace, Plantar Fasciitis

This is great post ankle surgery for icing and compression both. What I love about it is that it goes up on the foot, which gets very sore and swollen from physical therapy. I had to size up larger than I thought, because the post op swelling was so bad, and luckily this fit over my foot and ankle, and I could get it on, even though I didn't have full flexion yet. It's still pretty tight for an extra large ice pack, so I'd definitely recommend sizing up, especially if you have lots of swelling. It's shockingly cold at first and feels amazing, and holds decent chill for a good 15 minutes until it becomes more cool than cold. It certainly stays on well!

I never leave reviews but this is too good to not. First, I wear a size 8 shoe and I got the sm/med. It is tight, at first I thought too tight but as the swelling goes down, I think it is exactly right. Any bigger than a size 8 women’s tho, I would get the next size up. It has great compression and the combo of compression with cold, wraps around the ankle perfectly. I can see definite improvement from just the very first time using and I want to keep it up. If anything, I would suggest buying 2 so that one is freezing, while you use the other. It does only keep the cold temp for about 20 minutes. But that’s about right, then I refreeze and do it again. Recommend 100%

This has been fantastic for post surgical icing and I know it will be great for sprains in the future. It’s very comfortable and wraps your ankle firmly but without pressure. You don’t have to worry about over icing because it just gradually warms. There’s no mess, no trying to tie something around your foot and ankle. Even post surgery it was very easy to slip on and off. It leaves no dampness behind and its flat shape fits nicely in the freezer. It’s not washable so you do need to make sure it’s stored properly.

This wrap is a nice thickness, it goes on easily & fits well, and (from the freezer) it does start out nice and cold... but does not stay cold long enough for me. I previously had a HurtSkurt (love those) but this one was a little less expensive so I gave it a shot. It is a good value, and I use it a lot, but wish it stayed colder longer. I have not used it as a hot pack thus far so can't speak to that.

Incredible product. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I was in desperate need of a new ice pack. This got so cold so fast and it works incredible. My foot/ankle are already feeling so good. I did have to wear a sock because the contact with my skin was too cold. Overall, incredible product.

It fits great, goes on easily and is very cold after being in the freezer for a few hours. However, when you put it on it becomes very warm after 15 minutes. Disappointing.

The pull on design is convenient and the flexible gel gives excellent contact. This is perfect for a single application but not ideal for cycling on and off for several rounds.

This product is amazing, soft and easy to put on, hugs your ankle and stays cold for the amount of time needed. I use it daily to keep swelling down on my foot and ankle

After only a few days, the threads are fraying. At first I liked it but clearly this is a low quality product. At that price it should be much sturdier.
