This is such a fun gadget. Gone are the days of having to retrieve your own ball. It works as advertised and as expected. The sensor has great force behind it so the ball really does come right back to you. This might be harder to use outside unless you are on turf or on a flat and level surface. There’s no on/off button so I take the batteries out when I am not using it in hopes of preserving battery life. A very cool find!

The media could not be loaded. Even though I'm a professional caddie, I rarely get time to hone my own putting skills. And while I own a top quality putting mat, I lacked an easy to use ball return setup. (I do have a 1960s-era plug in ball return machine, but it's limited by a short cord, and needs to be in close proximity to an electrical outlet.) That's why I wanted to test this battery-powered version of an old training aid, and I really like it!The "Y-Nut Golf Putting Return Machine" pairs up perfectly with my 10-foot putting mat. I can use it almost anywhere in my home, and the return mechanism is pretty quiet, so I won't annoy my wife. You can see/hear in the short video how well it functions. Setting everything up takes 5 minutes, and after 10 minutes of building muscle memory, it takes another 5 minutes to put it all back in my golf storage shelf.Two "AA" batteries (not included) power this unit for more than 10 cumulative hours of decent practice time. (So far, I've racked up about 11 hours since I got it.) Best of all, on the rare occasions when I'm actually playing golf instead of carrying someone else's clubs, my putting has definitely improved!This Looper gives the "Y-Nut Putting Return Machine" Five Stars and Five 1-Putts!

Not much to say other than the fact it works as advertised. Great buy for practice and stress relief in the office!

I ordered this for my husband. He had mentioned this would be a good tool to have to get better at putting. It does take some effort getting the ball to go up the ramp and into the target area, but when he gets it in there, it does return the ball back to him. He's having a blast! Batteries not included. Lightweight and portable if he wants to take to work or to a get together with his golfing buddies. Anti-slip pad doesn't work too great on hardwood floors, but does just fine on carpet. Price point seems fair. Overall, husband approved!
