I'm not a common-brand scent guy, I use Penhaligons, but was given the opportunity to try this.I'm not someone of the opinion that men's fragrances need to be powerful, musky, or tobacco(-ey) and I like the fact that men have options for more summery fragrances. I like Penhaligons because they do have a diverse variety and most of their scents are unisex. Now I wouldn't class BOSS Bottled Pacific as particularly unisex because while at first smell it is light and slightly citrussy, there is a lingering woody scent left behind. At the same time, that's when the coconut seems at its most noticeable. The woody scent gives it depth, but the coconut retains the summery holiday-like feel of the fragrance.Now unfortunately, while sold as an EdT, and thus longevity shouldn't be expected, for the price I feel that this should have been more highly concentrated as an EdP. You couldn't spend the day with a single application, so you'd need to bring an atomiser with you on a day trip. Even close up sniffing ones skin, after a few hours the scent is all but gone.So it's a pleasant and interesting scent, but the price-to-longevity value is lacking, I'm afraid. The spray mechanism means that a wide angle of liquid is applied, so there will be some wastage per spray which further dilutes the value. I wouldn't pay £77 for this.

While my husband couldn't smell this when he got home after a day in the office i could still smell the aroma on him so I would say this is long lasting.My husband and i both love the aroma of this, it remains masculine yet it has a sweet , light fruity aroma.This would make a lovely gift, not only for the beautiful summery scents but for the name, Boss is a well known name which screams quality.I would personally keep this as a spring /summer edp as the scent due to it's fruity aroma which gives the sense of freshness and cleanliness which is exactly what you want to smell during the summer.I would say the rrp is about average for a branded name and very worth while.

I don't use EDT that often, and this is the first I have tried for quite a while. It's nicely packaged and the bottle looks good. I reckon it would make a nice gift for someone.It smells really nice, I'm not sure exactly what of, but I like it and so does the other half, which is good.To me it's quite strong, so a little goes a long way and it seems to last a fair while, though my sense of smell is very sensitive.At the time of writing the price is a shade under £100. I think this should be priced more like £50. It a bit OTT as it is.

This is my favourite new aftershave I have used to date. The way the scent of it stays on you throughout the day just using a couple of sprays is great. Much better that the others on the current market. Good value too there will be times where it will become cheaper with discount codes but nothing wrong with this price either 👌 it has a slight coconut smell when first put on but then that fades and it then has a really nice smell everyone at work has complimented it so far.

The cynic in me thinks that the short scent longevity is deliberate as it encourages you to keep using it, which of course when the bottle is £70+ makes it a truly expensive scent.Don't get me wrong because the scent is actually really rather nice, fresh coconut and summer days with a hint of rain scent, and it is a heady blend that invigorates and intoxicates and does leave you wanting more, which is why it is a killer shame that it does not even last the day.This really is a quite decent scent and the design of the bottle is nice, but its hard to justify the price tag with the staying power of the scent itself, nice but I'd look for something cheaper in future.
