Bought for a family member who wanted to go through the cutlery draw and sharpen things up.Reported back that the product leaves knives exceptionally sharp and is easy to use.Great functionality, sturdy and definitely worth the money.

Sharpening knife is very easy. It takes less than two minutes. You can also sharp bread knife by using no. 2. And it has separate sharpener for scissors. Very effective.

Over the years I have accumulated around a dozen knives of various types and styles, all good makes which worked great from new but I decided they could be better (e.g cutting tomatoes etc was at times frustrating!) This sharpener was from a great brand, was compact and easy to use. Having contrasted price against the manufacturer's name I concluded that this was a budget model but I would give it a try. Now all my knifes are as good as new, if not in some cases, better than new. Example: cutting the small cubes of tomato for making Pico de Gallo would have before taken 5+ minutes, with tomatoes skidding across the chopping board. After 30 seconds of sharpening the same task took less than a minute and I could really tell that the knife was doing its job properly. This then prompted me to sharpen all my knifes, a quick job which only took around 5 minutes and left me with a great sense of satisfaction. This sharpener is a definite must have for any kitchen cupboard!

Well so far this little device has sharpened all of my knives without going blunt, or breaking. It's a decent size - fits in the hand well and does what it says. I wasn't disappointed at all.
