Understand what you’re buying!
I bought this computer as a Xmas present in 2023 for my 11 year old son that loves to game and at the time of this writing, we had it for 6 months. I had spent 2 weeks doing heavy research before settling on this computer and here are a few notes to help you decide if it’s worth it for you. 1: There is an included WiFi and Bluetooth adapter but I thought it was built into the computer and not usb thumb drives that you have plug in on the top of the computer. It comes in a small bag and keep a careful eye out for it. 2: After a few months of use, we encountered a strange error that wouldn’t go past the OEM symbol after turning on the computer. One time it did lead me to a black screen showing you options for example go into safe mode. If this happens to you, don’t bother doing anything and contact STG and they will send you a YouTube video to help you. It was a simple fix that you can easily do on your own and I appreciate the OEM having that fix readily available. 3. STG actually has amazing support staff and they do care about customer satisfaction. Had it not been for that, my computer would be in a landfill and I would have wrote a bad review. 4. For the price and specs, don’t expect the best gaming performance but it does handle games like Minecraft and Roblox with ease but can be sluggish from time to time. 5. Perfect to watch Netflix or YouTube. 6. Have patience and set your expectations towards something in the middle. Would I buy it again? Short answer is yes and I will buy from this company again. Is it perfect, no but at the price for performance it is a good purchase.

POS
I have purchased 2 of these computers this year. I saw the bad reviews but decided to go for it anyways. The one I ordered for my son seems to work well. My computer on the other hand, has had nothing but problems. From the start I would have to open the computer and wiggle the connections to get the pc to even turn on. It would randomly turn on and off by itself aswell. When it was on and running properly it was a great computer. I had constant issues with it connecting to the monitor and regularly got a blue screen we're I had the option to save and restart by pressing f11. Except that the keyboard never worked in this instance so I would have to resume the wire wiggle and power button mash and hope it would turn off and back on again. It has now stopped working entirely. And it's too late for a refund so I am stuck with a big hunk of garbage that was $500+. Please dont ignore these bad reviews. Get a computer that is worth your time and money.

Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year.

Good pc
So I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and the ONLY issue I have is the wifi issues which I’m guessing you’ve seen in other reviews. Other than that it works well and I’m a light gamer so I don’t play hardcore shooting games and all that just casual stuff like Roblox or sims4 or vrchat etc so for me it’s great and a good value for money considering the price I got it for. It was easy to setup like it literally took less than five minutes and my games runs well when the wifi is not messing up. Overall if you are like me and game lightly and woulda’t mind your Wi-Fi cutting out every couple of hours for like 3 mins then I’d say buy lol

I wouldn't waste Money
⚙️ Worked Fine… for a Little While At first, it actually ran okay. For the first few months, it handled light gaming, browsing, and basic stuff decently. The RGB fans looked cool, it was quiet, and I thought, “hey, maybe I scored a good deal.” But fast-forward to 2025, and the truth came out — this thing was built cheap from the ground up. 💣 The Ugly Truth — Why You Should NOT Buy This PC 1. Cheap, generic parts disguised as “gaming hardware.” The listing brags about an Intel i5 CPU and Radeon RX 550 GPU, but here’s the reality: That i5 is an older, low-power model. It’s not built for real gaming or multitasking. The RX 550 GPU was already outdated years before this PC even shipped. It’s basically an office GPU pretending to be a gaming card. The power supply and cooling system? Generic, no-name brands that probably cost the manufacturer $15 total. No wonder everything’s dying early. 2. Thermal disaster waiting to happen. The system overheats constantly. My CPU runs hot, the fans struggle, and even my external monitor is starting to feel the heat. The “three RGB fans” look nice but don’t move nearly enough air. There’s no proper airflow design, and it shows. 3. No longevity whatsoever. By 2025, this PC is coughing up its last breath. The CPU’s overheating, the SSD’s slowing down, and the fans sound like a dying lawnmower. For a system that’s only two years old, that’s pathetic. 4. Warranty and support are basically a joke. The “one-year warranty” might as well not exist. After that, you’re on your own. Try finding replacement parts or getting actual support — good luck. Most of the components are off-brand and proprietary, so standard upgrades or replacements don’t always fit or function right. 5. False advertising at best, scammy at worst. The way this PC is marketed on Amazon makes it sound like a mid-tier gaming rig. In reality, it’s a budget office PC dressed up with cheap RGB lights to lure beginners who don’t know the difference. If you’re hoping to play modern games smoothly — forget it. You’ll be stuck on low settings or constant crashes. 🔧 Summary — The Harsh Reality This system isn’t “gaming-ready.” It’s barely life-ready. If you’re tempted because it looks cool or seems affordable, don’t fall for it. You’re better off saving a little more for a real build or even buying a refurbished Dell or HP with known-brand parts. 🚫 Final Verdict: 2/10 ✅ Looked good out of the box. ❌ Performs like an overworked toaster after a year. ❌ Overheats easily. ❌ Cheap components. ❌ No real upgrade path or longevity. Do yourself a favor: don’t waste $300–$400 on this thing. It’s not an investment — it’s a ticking time bomb with pretty lights.

Doesn’t work out the box
Updating my review to 5 stars. Had an issue with my gift for my daughter. By the time she plugged it in and realized it had an issue, the return window had closed. Thought it was going to be an issue but I was happy that wasn’t the case. Customer service was great. They tired some troubleshooting to make sure I wasn’t missing something and when all suggestions were exhausted, they sent me a shipping label and quickly sent out another PC. This one is working great and my daughter loves it. Thank you to the wonderful people that quickly helped make the purchase right!

THE MOTHERBOARD INCLUDED IN THIS PC CAN’T UPDATE TO WINDOWS 11!
Worked for the first 6-8 months and now it is having startup up problems. I will have to take it to a pc repairman to get fixed with money i do not have at the moment. It can barely run schedule 1 at 3120/2110 graphics settings and the frame rate is terrible, which a xbox series s would be able to run no problem. It is quiet i’ll give it that. All together though i would not spend your money on this pc or give stgaubron any business whats so ever and as what other people have said in their reviews; this is basically a flashy desktop pc/NOT a gaming pc. For it to need repairs not even a year into owning it is wild in my opinion to spend over 300 dollars and a pc that is going to have to get parts replaced on. The motherboard is an older model and is not capable of handling windows 11; so you are forced to stay on windows 10 which poses a lot of issues in not only performance handling, but security risks. Very bad and impulsive buy on my part.
